o Limit one additional passenger ***o No driving between 11:01 pm and 5:00 amo No use of electronic devices (even Hands Free)o EVERYONE must wear seat beltso Must have red decal on front and rear plates
The Student Learner’s Permit
*** Passenger Restriction ***
If the permit holder’s parent/guardian is in the vehicle, there is NO passenger
restriction.
If the permit holder’s parent/guardian is NOT in the vehicle, there can only be ONE
additional passenger.
** The supervisor is NOT considered an “additional passenger.” **
