A good health depends on good nutrition so you have to maintain good
health rate, exercise and healthy eating.
What is it?
You must do to a healthy lifestyle?
Eat balanced way.
Exercise.
Drinking water. Avoid junk food.
Consequences of not eating well:
Anorexia. Overweight.
Dizziness. Low physical performance.
Stroke trends. Low defenses.
Poor physical development.
Good food To healthy eating is necessary, take the
reference plate of good food. Where you can see the right portion of everything
that we eat.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Are those that should be consumed over a good diet cereals.
CEREALS Are good for digestion and can be
combined with legumes.
ANIMAL’S FOOD Should be eaten within a few portions
but are not out of a diet.
DESSERTS
Very few pieces for their high sugar content, are usually to accompany
meals.
