Swami Samartha Hygiene, Mr. Santosh Iswalkar (Proprietor), Mrs. Nutan Santosh Iswalkar, Mr. Jagdish P. Rawat to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being sum of Rs. 1,64,52,651.04 (Rupees One Crore Sixty Four Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty One & Four Paise only) as on 28/03/2016 plus interest, incidental expenses, cost, charges etc within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice. The borrower, having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the the borrower/ mortgagor/guarantors and the public in gen- eral that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him under Section 13(4) of the said Act read with Rule 8 of the said Rules on this 19th day of January 2019. The borrower/mortgagor/guarantors in particular and the public in gen- eral is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Bank of India for an amount Rs. 1,64,52,651.04 (Rupees One Crore Sixty Four Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred Fifty One & Four Paise only) plus interest & expenses thereon until payments in full.
