ORA ITOIn April this year, just as every year before, Milan has been marked as the world capital of design. Neither
the biggest fair halls in Europe weren’t suffi cient to present new projects of the designers from all over the
world, so the whole city turned into some sort of fair. Exhibitions were held literally throughout the whole city,
at over 1000 locations.

IN TOUCHWITH NATURE…
Back in ancient Egypt during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut 1500 BC, gardeners have used flowerpots of clay, to transfer trees that
produce myrrh – type of fragrant Arabic gum. Today, the flowerpots are also used in the interior and exterior, as a decorative addition to
flowers and small trees, although in larger areas bigger flowerpots can be seen, with trees of a remarkable largeness.

Unusual design of a wooden bench, with small circular gaps from which small timber plants rise,
may find its place in a private garden and in public places. The gloss of fiberglass pots and a
mate wood form a beautiful contrast. The term “romeo and Juliet” refers to two trees that are
connected, and yet so far away that they cannot touch, just as romeo and Juliet couldn’t be
together or live without each other.

og Belgian designer Dirk Wynants – alea, large pot with a cubic shape solves this problem. It
offers the perfect solution because it has a frame with wheels which are hidden under the lining of
fiberglass pot. Scrolling is done by simply raising the lining of fiberglass and rotating by 45°, in order
to release the wheels. It is available in two sizes (52x52cm i 90x90cm) and five colors (white, black,

Classifying Mediterranean Islands to the list of the most attractive ones for vacation, every year, the
