ECONOMIC SECTORS

There are 3 economic sectors:Primary sector: in this sector, people

work with matter from nature.Secondary sector: in this sector,

people transform the natural materials to elaborated.

Terciary sector: in this sector, people offer a service

ECONOMIC SECTORS

Examples of jobs in each sector:

PRIMARY SECTOR: farmer, miner, fisherman

SECONDARY SECTOR: builder, shoemaker, carpenter

TERCIARY SECTOR: teacher, doctor, driver, waiter

PRIMARY SECTOR

FISHING

There are two kinds of fishing:Deep sea fishing: with big boats and in

the ocean. They have to freeze the fish in the boat and they sail for more than one day.

Coastal fishing: with small boats and in the coast. They sail only for one day

AGRICULTURE - FARMING

There are two kinds of crop: RAINFED: It is only necessary the water of the rain. For example: olive tree, grapevine, cereals IRRIGATED: It is necessary to water frequently. For example: fruit trees, vegetables, corn.

There are different kinds:

1. Taboo game. Oral exercise in which the students play

in two teams. One person have to guess a word by the definitions given by the rest of the members of his/her team. But, there is one problem: YOU CAN’T SAY SOME WORDS!!!
