Program Happenings and Highlights
Middlebury DREAMers joined up with Willowbrook and Poultney DREAMers at Crystal
Beach for a day of fun in the sun and cross-DREAM bonding!
Swimming was the most popular activity by far amongst the Middlebury DREAMers,
who frequented Lake Dunmore, Button Bay State Park, Branbury State Park, and
elsewhere for swimming and hiking adventures.
One of the most exciting excursions during these past two months was a ferry ride to New
York followed by a trip to the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory!

Weekly Programming with Children
Swimming was probably the favorite activity among the Middlebury DREAMers, who
could be spotted at any one of several nearby beaches throughout the summer!
One day a group of Middlebury DREAM adventurers headed up Snake Mountain for an
exciting hike.
DREAMers attended an outdoor showing of the movie The Wizard of Oz in Bristol park!
The group spent one afternoon at the Addison County Field Days fair to celebrate the end
of summer DREAM. I’m pretty sure the children were able to reach a record for most
rides in a 3 hour space of time!
