2.14 Significant Activities and contributions made by IQAC:
IQAC plays a very crucial and instrumental role in devising policies, monitoring
executions of the college activities both academic and developmental.
The IQAC felicitates the faculties who achieved good score in API at the end of each
Academic year based on Self Appraisal fulfilled by faculties. Certificate of API is
given to each faculty for the same and first three rankers are felicitated by IQAC. It is
customary practice of Institute.
Usual communication with class representatives and class coordinators of each and
every department for maintaining and sustaining quality education as directed by
IQAC.
IQAC is constantly evaluating teaching learning process through feedbacks.
Strengthen the Environmental Projects for Green Campus.
Value Added Programmes for students to improve their moral acquaintance.
Principal supports for Research Projects and encouraging research collaborations.
The IQAC has maintained the record of all performances and applications submitted
to different sectors by faculties. It has also kept a record of all activities of department
carried throughout the year.
Organized the broadcasting of information in different excellence factors of higher
education to maintain the quality of higher Education in the institute.
Prepared the necessary documentations of the different programmes / activities
leading to quality improvement conducted in the college during the academic year.
Coordinated to the activities related to the institution in the maintenance of education
with excellence.
Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to be submitted to
NAAC based on the quality parameters as well as (Self Assessment Report) as per
U/S-117 of Maharashtra Public University Act 2016 and submitted to Swami
Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University in given time.
Synchronized the appropriate and competent implementation of the assessments of
IQAC committee.

Blood Donation Camp: One can purchase anything with money except life. ‗Blood is the life of
individual.‘ Organization of blood donation camp is social and moral responsibility of every Educational
institute. Hence to organize the blood donation camp is an important activity of NSS and college. But the
notable point in the academic year 2016-17 is that there are four major camps are organized by Institute.
‗Blood Camp At Door,‘ scheme is used by college and following camps are organized:

Bank, Parbhani.

warming. This is a complex problem that needs to be dealt with at levels of
governments, industries, communities and individuals. Since more than last three
years Marathwada Region where college is located is facing the problem of
Draught, College has provided more than 500 plants to the girls students and
Female faculties of college on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan with celebrating
the Day as ‗Wraksh-Rakhsha Bandhan in collaboration with Daily News Paper
Lokmat Team.
Deforestation and Dumping of solid wastes increase soil erosion; to test the soil
and minimize the soil erosion; the soil testing workshop is arranged by Micro-
biology department of the college and visited to Visit to farm of Shri. Vitthalrao
