The design of the CT-1000 ® is based on CONTROLTEC ® ’s 250+ years of combined vehicle development experience encompassing over 100 million test miles on over 10,000 vehicles in the LD, HD, and EV industries. The CT-1000 ® data acquisition system is setting the standard as the first telematics and data logging solution that combines industry leading performance, scalability, and built-in wireless connectivity in an affordable package. Flexible and intuitive data acquisition software enables simultaneous acquisition of CAN network, ECU, and analog data along with advanced trigger and synthetic variable capabilities. The CT-1000 ® enables enterprise value with features ranging from asset management to complex powertrain analysis. Hardware Features: System: Linux OS, Dual core 1GHz CPUs, 1GB RAM, low power operation, wake on CAN < 1s, up to 1TB SSD, MicroSD, speaker, optional HUD Built-in IO Options: Up to 7 CAN channels, 16 analog inputs, manual trigger, 2 digital outputs, up to 9 USB ports, dual GB Ethernet, GPS, CCP, XCP, SAE J2534, J1939, J1979, J1708, ISO-9141, ISO-14229, ISO-15765, ISO-15031, GMLAN. Built-in Wireless/Cellular: PTCRB Certified, CDMA/EV-DO, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA, IEEE 802.11 b/g/n 1-150Mbps, removable SIM card. Software Features: CONTROLTEC ® ’s DEVELOPER application enables easily configurable non-emulated data acquisition with simultaneous logging of trip data, high and low speed event triggers, event and time based snapshots, and CAN logs with error frames and microsecond precision that are compatible with Vector CANAlyzer and Intrepid VSpy. Industry standard file formats including A2L, DBC, and ODX are supported. Complex event trigger logic can be constructed using Boolean operators, math logic, statistical functions and free form code. Synthetic variables, created as a function of RAM, ROM, and/or analog parameters, can be logged as well as used for event triggering. Data management features enable remote configuration updates, remote VDR access to monitor real-time vehicle performance, and automatic data download. Power management enables low power sleep with the ability to monitor CAN wakeup. The on-board VDR diagnostic system features over 80 V-codes to ensure high data yield. © 2014

The design of the CT-1000® is based on CONTROLTEC®’s 250+ years of combined vehicle development experience encompassing over 100 million test miles on over 10,000 vehicles in the LD, HD, and EV industries. The CT-1000® data acquisition system is setting the standard as the first telematics and data logging solution that combines industry leading performance, scalability, and built-in wireless connectivity in an affordable package. Flexible and intuitive data acquisition software enables simultaneous acquisition of CAN network, ECU, and analog data along with advanced trigger and synthetic variable capabilities. The CT-1000® enables enterprise value with features ranging from asset management to complex powertrain analysis.

Hardware Features:System: Linux OS, Dual core 1GHz CPUs, 1GB RAM, low power operation, wake on CAN < 1s, up to 1TB SSD, MicroSD, speaker, optional HUD

Built-in IO Options: Up to 7 CAN channels, 16 analog inputs, manual trigger, 2 digital outputs, up to 9 USB ports, dual GB Ethernet, GPS, CCP, XCP, SAE J2534, J1939, J1979, J1708, ISO-9141, ISO-14229, ISO-15765, ISO-15031, GMLAN.

Built-in Wireless/Cellular: PTCRB Certified, CDMA/EV-DO, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA, IEEE 802.11 b/g/n 1-150Mbps, removable SIM card.

Software Features:CONTROLTEC®’s DEVELOPER application enables easily configurable non-emulated data acquisition with simultaneous logging of trip data, high and low speed event triggers, event and time based snapshots, and CAN logs with error frames and microsecond precision that are compatible with Vector CANAlyzer and Intrepid VSpy.
