A native diver named Hulu wasdrowned between eight and nine oclockyesterday morning while diving foriron plates which had accidentallyfallen overboard from the Likelikewharf The man had been downseveral times and coming to the sur-

The probability is that the deceasedovertaxed his endurance in diving andwas not able to rise again

There are no marks on his body andas the submersion had lasted too longfor any possibility for resuscitation noattempts were made to that effect

that there are two parties tothe compact that is the basis of ourGovernment The Government hasridden rough shod over constitutionallimitations and seems to defy the gov-erned

A native diver named Hulu wasdrowned between eight and nine oclockyesterday morning while diving foriron plates which had accidentallyfallen overboard from the Likelikewharf The man had been downseveral times and coming to the sur-

The native Hulu apparently of astrong constitution was engaged indiving at the Likelike wharf about7 oclock thfs morning After risingseveral times he finally failed to do soand some natives made a search for himand found his body after a search of halfan hour or so

The probability is that the deceasedovertaxed his endurance in diving andwas not able to rise again

There are no marks on his body andas the submersion had lasted too longfor any possibility for resuscitation noattempts were made to that effect
