The Crystal Hand

“Get this thing away from me!” screamed X.

“All of this is a nightmare!”

Hold the story--- let’s go back about three days ago.

The family was on vacation in Morocco.

First we will meet the family. The father’s name is X, and he is

elderly. His wife's name is Cheyenne, and she is elderly too.

The son’s name is Jay, and he is 30 years old.

Next, the family is in Morocco and they walked through some shops.

It had rows of shops selling different things.

Then, Jay saw a Crystal hand. The man in the booth popped out and said,

“May I help you?”Jay answered, “Yes, how much is that hand?” “Ahhh, you want the crystal hand of Sir Arthur

of Britain? $20 dollars.” Jay decided to buy the crystal hand.

The man added, “But I must warn you, the hand has mystical powers that cannot be controlled.”

Before the man was finished talking, Jay was gone.

Jay ran back shouting to his parents “Mother, father look what

I bought!”“Wow!” said X “What is it?”

“It is a crystal hand,” explained Jay.

They discovered that the hand was magical and could grant three

wishes, but with consequences. The family is returning home and in the cargo bay of the plane, the crystal hand is creating mischief.

Jay and X were playing cards when Jay said to his father, “I think this hand is

magical. I am going to make a wish for a $1 MILLION DOLLARS!”

X warned Jay, “No, what if something bad happens? Don’t be . . .”

WOOSH Jay was gone!

“Cheyenne, Cheyenne!!!” shouted X. “Our son just disappeared and $1 MILLION DOLLARS in gold bars

just appeared!”“WHAT??? Give me that hand!”

screamed Cheyenne.

Cheyenne took the hand, “I will make a wish.” X was worried, “No! I will lose you too.”

“I don’t want to leave either, but it is the only way to get our son back,” she said.

So, Cheyenne wished for Jay to return and suddenlyWhoosh!

A gust of wind blew the house off the ground. Cheyenne disappeared and a monster

appeared!

A monster appeared! X starts to run to get away from the monster. He quickly makes a

wish, “I wish everything was back to normal.”

Just then the monster grabs him.

X wakes up from his sleep. “Wow, it was just a dream” he said.

“OR WAS IT?” said the monster in the window

AHHHHH!!!!

Shawn Hutchison is a sophomore at the Lawrence County Career and

Technical Center, and he is enrolled in computer and office technology. His

home school is Ellwood City Area School District.

Shawn plays video games most of the time, so this is how he created the

story.
