Frame agreement for Temporary layoffs and Training
• Valid the 2 March 2009 until the 31 March 2010, with a three month termination period if the agreement should terminate before the 31 March 2010
• Agreement at company/plant level is needed
• Free time and/or Training
• Reduction of working time = reduction of wage, but not more than 20 % reduction of wage

The employer has to:
The employer has to give information about the reasons for his/her wish to make an agreement, and how an agreement could solve the upcoming crisis for the company. The employer shall also inform about the economic situation in the company so that the trade union representatives can consider if it is reasonable to make an agreement.
