AFFIDAVIT OF SPECIAL AGENT KELLY M. BELL

WOLAS COMPLAINT

1, Kelly M. Bell, being duly sworn, hereby depose and state as follows:

1. I am a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") currently

assigned to the Boston, Massachusetts Field Office. I have been employed as a Special Agent

for more than twelve years. I am currently tasked with the investigation of economic crimes, and

my previous experience includes investigationof criminal violations including wire fraud, bank

fraud, money laundering, bankruptcy fraud, and mortgage fraud. I have received on-the-job

training as well as FBI-sponsored training courses on these types of investigations. My

investigations and training have included the use of surveillance techniques and the execution of

search, seizure and arrest warrants.

2. This affidavit is submitted in support of a criminal complaint charging SCOTT J.

WOLAS, a/k/a Eugene J. Grathwohl, a/k/a Allen L. Hengst, a/k/a Drew Prescott, a/k/a Frank

Amolsch, a/k/a Endicott Asquith, a/k/a Cameron Sturge, with wire fraud in violation of 18

U.S.C. § 1343 and aggravated identity theft in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028A.

3. This affidavit is being submitted for the limited purpose ofestablishing probable

cause to believe that WOLAS violated 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and 18 U.S.C. § 1028A. I have

included only those facts 1believe to be necessary to make this showing. This affidavitdoes not

include each and every fact known to me concerning this investigation. The following facts are

based on my personal participationin this investigation which includes interviews of witnesses,

review of documents, review of bank records, and conversations with other law enforcement

officers.
