Shall include all work and materials, including but not limited to drywall, fasteners, joint compound, tape and texture to provide a finished product per the approved plans and specifications. Shall include all work and materials in the specifications, including but not limited to toilets, sinks, faucets, lights, fans, and bathtubs, to provide a finished product per the approved plans. All closets shall have a wire type shelving system installed. Contractor shall verify quantities. All work shall be in compliance with all current applicable Code requirements.

14 PAINT

Shall include all work and materials, including but not limited to primer, paint, caulking, tape, sprayer, brushes, rollers and protection for surfaces. Contractor shall verify quantities. Interior and exterior paint. All work shall be in compliance with all current applicable Code requirements.

15 LANDSCAPING/FENCING

Shall include all work and materials, including but not limited to trenching, sod, plants, bark, landscape fabric, stakes, trees, barriers, drains, irrigation controls, valves, sprinklers, piping, fence boards, steel posts, framing, fasteners, and hardware to provide a finished product per the approved plans and specifications. Contractor shall provide 3 inches of top soil where ever new sod is planted and top soil shall be tilled to mix with existing soil. Contractor is responsible for any imported or exported materials for the project. Contractor shall verify quantities. Contractor to coordinate placement of fence with all adjacent property owners. All work shall be in compliance with all current applicable Code requirements.

16 FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENT

Shall include all work and materials, including but not limited to clearing, grubbing, saw cutting, excavation, grading, fill, compaction, piping, drop inlets, aggregate, asphalt and concrete to provide a finished project per the approved plans and Yuba County Standard Plans.

17 PERMITS

It is the responsibility of the contractor to obtain all necessary permits and pay all local fees associated with the project.
