PROBLEM:

Laptops often connect to corporate wireless networks even when simultaneously connected to a wired Ethernet connection. This unfortunately consumes network bandwidth and can be a costly burden for businesses especially when impacting network performance.

SOLUTION:

The Targus WiFi AutoSwitch Utility is an effective software program that eliminates this problem. When it auto-detects a wired Ethernet connection, it turns off the PC laptop’s WiFi card. When undocked, the WiFi card automatically turns back on.
