Vision: Be part of the creation of the a quality education system that guarantees and fosters access for learners regardless of their abilities.

Mission: To provide a holistic enduring quality education that responds to, recognizes and realizes the spiritual, cultural, intellectual, physical potential of all learners, enabling them to make fulfilling life-choices responsive to socio-economic and environmental changes.

Establish an educational funding system that will enable the Ministry to reward excellent students in Puntland with scholarships so that these students aim even higher in the educational ladder.

…the idea behind PEF lies in the strong belief that the Ministry can independently fund the most deserving, most excellent students in Puntland without necessarily asking a third party or agency for any assistance in this endeavor.
