The concert will feature the live symphony orchestra performing, to picture, every note from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Audiences will be able to relive the magic of the film in high-definition on a 40-foot screen while hearing the orchestra perform John Williams’ unforgettable score.

VIR DAS - THE BOARDING DAS WORLD TOUR DATE: Thursday, 23 November 2017TIME: 08:30pmVENUE: HGH Convention Centre, KL TICKETS: MYR69 – MYR250 On the heels of sold out performances across the world, accomplished Indian actor, stand-up comedian, musician and writer, Vir Das, will be coming to Kuala Lumpur as part of his global stand-up tour - Boarding Das World Tour.

Das' tour is in support of his upcoming one-hour comedy special titled "Abroad Understanding," that was released by Netflix April 25, 2017. Das has garnered attention across film, television and stand-up as the biggest English speaking comedian in India and has proven himself to be one of the country's top entertainers. Fans will recognize Vir from his various films such as BadMaash Company, Delhi Belly and Revolver Rani.

Das' performance is a marriage between theater and comedy, captivating audiences with his fast-paced high-energy delivery and clever wit. He transforms the western image of the typical Kwik-E-Mart humor into a show that is raw, edgy, intelligent and relevant. His comedy perspective is accessible and relatable to a mainstream audience and he is poised to take on the world with his unique point-of-view.

ORCHID AND HIBISCUS GARDEN KUALA LUMPUR

Orchid & Hibiscus Gardens are part of the Lake Gardens in KL. Located on a small hill over looking the KL Bird Park, the Hibiscus Garden is located behind the Orchid Garden. The best time to visit the gardens is during the weekends when the entire place is turned into a colourful flower bazaar.

Also known as the Taman Bunga Raya and Taman Bunga Orkid respectively, the former houses a collection of over 500 hibiscus flowers while the latter has about 800 species of or chids. The one-ha park has lovely per golas, manmade fountains, twisting brook sand a beautiful art gallery, the Gallery Tropika.

How to get there: The orchid gardens are just a 25 minute walk away from our hotel. As an alternative you could just charter a taxi to get there in the shortest time. There are also a variety of other activities in the botanical gardens are a such as the KL Bird’s Park and the Butterfly Park if you are interested in visiting more things of the same kind.
