Für den Weltmarktführer im Bereich Klima- und Lüftungskomponenten, -geräte und -systeme TROX waren wir Fullservice-Partner auf der ISH 2015 in Frankfurt/Main.Neben einem 7m durchmessenden curveLED® P3.91 Zylinder lieferten wir Rigging, Licht und Ton sowie die technische Betreuung während der Messelaufzeit.

Der 6m hohe Zylinder beherberg-te Technik und Cateringküche des Stands. Gleichzeitig diente er als Informationsträger und „Leuchtturm“ zum Stand.

In Kombination mit einem auf das Corporate Design zugeschnittenen Lichtkonzept präsentierte sich TROX als innovativer Systemanbieter im Bereich Klima und Lüftung auf der ISH.

For the world leader in the field of air conditioning and ventilation compon-tents, equipment and systems TROX we were full-service partners at the ISH 2015 in Frankfurt/Main. Apart from a cylinder curveLED® P3.91 with a diameter of 7m, we provided rigging, light and sound as well as the techni-cal assistance during the exhibition period.

An impressive, 6m high LED cylinder with a diameter of 7m, built with the proven P391 material housed techno-logy and catering kitchen of the TROX booth. At the same time, the cylinder was used as information carrier and „lighthouse“ for the booth.

TROX presented themselves as inno-vative system provider in the field of climate and ventilation at the ISH in combination with a tailor-made corpo-rate lighting design.

Aufgrund der herausforderndenSituation vor Ort, mussten einige Kon-figurationen am bewährten curveLED® P3.91 System vorgenommen werden. Das System maß stattliche 8 x 5m.

Da es nicht möglich war, die Kon-struktionen abgehängt zu installieren, sorgte eine Traversenlösung für den nötigen Halt.

Vordere Ausleger hätten das Design irritiert, und nach hinten war der Platz begrenzt: Statisch korrekte Ballas-tierung des Systems war notwendig und wurde ebenfalls von uns reali-siert. Ebenso die Programmierung der Watchout-Systeme und die sehr gelungene Beschallung.

Während der Laufzeit betreuten wir Technik und Watchout.

Due to the challenging situation on the spot, some configurations had to be made at the proven curveLED® P3.91 system. The system measured stately 8 x 5m.

Since it was not possible to install the suspended constructions, a truss solu-tion provided the necessary support.

Front booms had irritated the design, and to the rear the space was limited: Static proper ballasting of the system was necessary and was also imple-mented by us. Also, the programming of the watchout systems and the very good sound.

During the period, we managed tech-nology and watchout.

Eine 16 x 8m LED Wand mit ausge-spartem Türdurchgang präsentiert leuchtstark die Inhalte des Badezim-mer-Design Experten.

Das Lichtdesign stammt von Electro-nica Event Technologies GmbH und ist insgesamt klar, luftig und lässt unse-rem curveLED® Klassiker mit 40mm Pixelpitch genug Spielraum zur vollen Entfaltung.

Die große Wand zieht nicht nur Blicke auf sich, sondern trennt gleichzeitig den Innenraum des Auftritts vom Ein-gangsbereich. Von innen hat man dank der Transparenz des Materials immer einen hervorragenden Überblick über das Geschehen vor dem Stand, ist selbst jedoch vor Blicken geschützt.

Das Projekt zeigt, dass nicht nur ein minimaler Pixelpitch entscheidet: Material, Aufgabe und Design müssen ineinander greifen, um einen optima-len Eindruck zu gewährleisten.

A 16 x 8m LED wall with recessed doorway presents high-luminously the contents of the bathroom-design expert.

The lighting design is by electroni-ca Event Technologies GmbH and is generally clear, airy and leaves our curveLED® classic 40mm enough room to completely unfold.

The great wall does not only attract gazes, but at the same time it sepa-rates the interior of the appearance from the entrance. From the inside one does always have an excellent overview of what is happening on the booth, but on the other hand one is always protected from gazes due to the transparency of the material.

The project perfectly shows that not only a minimal pixel pitch is decisive: material, task and design must mesh to ensure the best possible impression.

The big wave

Mitten durch den Eingangsbereich des Evry Hauptsitz in Oslo fließt eine 37m lange curveLED® P40.0 double-sided (40mm Pixelpitch) Welle in lichtoffe-nen Etagen. Unübersehbar zieht die Installation den Blick des Besuchers auf sich. Das LED Material wird gleichermaßen als Eye-Catcher und Informationsträ-ger genutzt.

Da das System den gesamten Innen-raum der Eingangshalle durchläuft, wurde es von der Decke hängend installiert. Dank der hohen Flexibili-tät des curveLED® P40.0 konnte die Festinstallation in mehreren Schritten erfolgen.

Die Welle ist unübersehbar. Sie strahlt die Coolness der Marke aus und wird gleichzeitig als Informationsträger genutzt: Kerninhalte der Marke laufen als Schriftband für Mitarbeiter und Besucher gut lesbar über die Welle.

Am Boden steht ein Touchscreen, über den man mit der Welle interagieren kann, sie reagiert auf die Eingaben des Nutzers.

Right through the entrance area of Evry, headquarters in Oslo, flows a 37m long curveLED® P40.0 double-si-ded wave in light-open floors. Highly visible the installation draws the attention of the visitor. The LED material is used equally as eye-catcher and information carriers.

As the system runs through the entire interior of the hall, it was installed hanging from the ceiling. Thanks to the high flexibility of the curveLED® P40.0 (40mm of pixelpitch) the per-manent installation could be made in consequent steps.

The wave cannot be missed. It ema-nates the coolness of the brand and is also used as information carrier: key contents of the brand run as tape for employees and visitors legible above the wave.

At the bottom there is a touch screen, by means of which you can interact with the wave – it responds to the input done on the ground.

Für das neue Musical „Shrek“, das am 18.10.2014 Premiere im Capitol Theater in Düsseldorf hatte, lieferten wir eine 60m2 große curveLED® P3.91 LED-Wand.

Die hochauflösende Wand deckte den kompletten Bühnenhintergrund ab und bot so neue Möglichkeiten der szenischen Darstellung und Verwand-lung und wurde in Pressekritiken expli-zit erwähnt.

Das Shrek-Musical ging von Düs-seldorf aus auf Tournee nach Berlin, München, Zürich und Wien.

For the new musical “Shrek”, which had its premiere on 18.10.2014 at the Capitol Theatre in Dusseldorf, tenna-gels Medientechnik from Dusseldorf delivered a 60sqm curveLED® P3.91 screen.

The high-resolution curved LED wall covered the entire stage backdrop and thus offered unprecedented oppor-tunities for scenic representation and transformation and was explicitly mentioned in press reviews.

The Musical Shrek then went on tour to Berlin, Munich, Zurich and Vienna.

Smart in design & usage

Wir verpassten dem ISH Auftritt von August Brötje GmbH einen echten Hingucker: eine über 20m verfahren-de Kinetik oberhalb des modernen Standes.

Insgesamt verbauten wir 7 Module in der Kinetik, alle bestückt mit dem hauseigenen curveLED® P3.91. Die einzelnen Screens maßen jeweils 1 x 2,5m - so ergab sich eine Gesamt-bildfläche von 7 x 2,5m, die oberhalb der Besucher die Inhalte wiedergab.

Die gesamte Konstruktion wurde geständert am Wandbau befestigt. Be-sonders das Zusammenspiel zwischen Wandmaterial, Standmöbel und LED Technik machte den Brötje Stand zu einem echten Highlight.

We provided the ISH appearance of August Brötje GmbH with a real eye-catcher: an over 20m long traversed kinetics above the modern booth.

We built 7 modules in the kinetics altogether, all equipped with the local curveLED® P3.91. The individual screens measured 1 x 2,5m each; from this resulted a total viewable screen of 7 x 2,5m, reflecting the contents abo-ve the visitors.

The total construction was elevated and fixed at the wall construction. In particular, the interplay between the wall material, booth furniture and LED technology made the Brötje booth a real highlight.

gamescom‘s biggest LED screen

Bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge realisierte das Messebauunternehmen Walbert-Schmitz mit tennagels‘ Know-How einen der wichtigsten Stände auf dem weltweit größten Messe- und Event Highlight für inter-aktive Spiele in Köln.

Drei nebeneinander hängende LED-Wände spielten entweder unab-hängige oder verknüpfte Inhalte. Die beiden äußeren Wände hatten ein Maß von 5,50m x 4,00m. Die mittlere Wand war mit 11,00m x 6,00m die größte LED-Wand auf der gamescom.

Die Oberkante der gesamten curveLED® P3.91 Wand befand sich in 9m Höhe.

Zusätzlich stellten wir den technischenSupport während der Messe.

Already for the second time in sequen-ce the fair building contractor Walbert-Schmitz realized one of the most important booths on the world-wide biggest fair and event highlight for interactive games in Cologne with tennagels’ knowledge.

Three LED walls hanging side by side played either independent or linked contents. The two exterior walls had the dimensions of 5.50m x 4,00m. The middle wall was the biggest LED wall on the gamescom with 11,00m x 6,00m.

The top edge of the complete curveLED® P3.91 wall was at 9m of height.

In addition tennagels provided support during the fair.

Für den Verpackungsspezialist Schütz setzten wir eine Arkadenkonstruktion mit integrierter Verfahrtechnik ein: sechs hochauflösende, 2,5 x 1,0m große Stelen fassten jeweils LED Flä-chen des Typs curveLED® P3.91.

Die Stromversorgung aller Komponen-ten verlief dabei durch ein E-Schie-nen-system. Die Synchronisierung und Bewegung der Stelen erfolgte mittels eines Kinetik-Systems.

Weitere 30 Quadratmeter LED-Fläche und insgesamt acht Full-HD Displays samt individuell angefertigtem Ab-deckrahmen und Ambilight wurden in den Stand integriert.

Neben der Planung und dem Einbau des Riggings entwickelten wir auch das gesamte Beleuchtungs- und Beschallungskonzept des fast 500 Quadratmeter großen, doppelstöcki-gen Standes sowie der Exponate.

For the packing expert Schütz made us of an impressive arcade construction with integrated kinetic: six high-resolution, 2,5 x 1,0m steles took hold of repective LED surfaces of the type curveLED® P3.91.

The power supply of all components went by an E-rail-system. The syn-chronization and movement of the steles was carried out by means of a kinetics system.

Another 30 square metres of LED area and altogether eight Full high-density displays with individually fabricated cover frame and „Ambilight effect“ were integrated into the booth of Schütz.

Besides the planning and the instal-lation of the Riggings tennagels also developed the complete lights and su-personic sound concept of the almost 500 square meters big, two-storeyed booth as well as the exhibits.

Meet me at the holodeck

Filme, zum Greifen nah, und rotie-rende Schriftzüge, aus der Leinwand herausschwebend – die holografische Projektion zog während der ‘FOUR-SCREEN live’ – Präsentation nicht nur sprichwörtlich alle Blicke der 1.800 Gäste auf sich.

Auf technischer Ebene war sie der Eye-Catcher der Tour.

Dass das Hologramm das technisch wirkungsvollste Element bei den Präsentationen sein konnte, verdankt es nicht zuletzt dem hochauflösenden curveLED® P3.91 Black-Face Modul mit 3,91mm Pixelabstand. Auf der Tour wurde es auf einer Gesamtbildfläche von über 150m2 eingesetzt.

Films being within one’s grasp and rotating lettering floating out of the screen – the holographic projection from tennagels did proverbially draw the attention of all 1.800 guests to itself during the ‘FOURSCREEN live’ presentation.

Technically spoken it was the eye-catcher par excellence of the tour.

The hologram owes the fact that last but not least it became the technically most effective element at the presen-tation the high-resolution curveLED® P3.91 black-face module with 3.91mm of pixel pitch. On the tour it was used on a complete projection surface of over 150sqm.

Die gesamte Fassade der Chiapas Wasserbahn wurde während demPhantasialand Wintertraum 2014/15 zentimeter genau mit einem 3D-Wall-Mapping bespielt, das den Ablauf der Jahreszeiten simulierte. Parallel präsentierten im Vordergrund Feuer-artisten und Flammenfontänen eine packende Show.

Besonders eindrucksvoll in der Pro-jektion: Türme verdrehten sich, Tiere durchstreiften das Gelände, Schnee fiel auf die Landschaft und ein ausbre-chender Vulkan überzog die Kulissen des Phantasialand Themenbereichs Mexico mit Lava und Funkenregen. Die Grenzen zwischen Realität und Traumwelt verschwommen.

Ermöglicht wurde die komplexe Show durch 16 Hochleistungs-Projektoren.8 Projektionen ergaben nahtlos ein Bild – so wurde die gesamte Ober-fläche auf über 1200m2 bespielt.Die Konstruktion saß auf dem Dach der Arena de Fiesta in überspannungs-gesicherten Schränken, für die wir alle statischen Berechnungen geliefert haben.

The entire facade of the Chiapas-wa-ter ride was, during Phantasialand Wintertraum 2014/2015, recorded to the very last centimeter with a 3D Wall mapping that simulated the flow of the seasons. Parallel to that fire artists and flame fountains presented a thrilling show in the foreground.

Particularly impressive in the projec-tion: Towers twisted, animals roamed the terrain, snow falls on the landsca-pe and an erupting volcano covered the scenes of the Phantasialand, the-me Mexico, with lava and sparks. The boundaries between reality and dream world blurred.

This was made possible by the com-plex show 16 high-performance projectors that were connected redun-dantly. 8 sets of projections seamlessly sho-wed an image – so the entire surface is recorded on over 1200 sqm.The structure was placed on the on the roof of the arena de Fiesta in over-voltage secured cabinets, for which we had provided all the static calculations.
