The Hebrews were becoming weary and lazy in
their minds. Heb 12:3
They were manifesting a revolt against maturity.Heb. 6
They were developing the habit of not assembling
together to hear Gods word and worship him.

They were in danger of fainting and quitting
Christianity altogether because of the sufferings
and persecution they were experiencing. Heb.10
