TORONTOThe top neighbourhoods for price growth of detachedhouses in Canada’s most populous city were Willowdale,Agincourt and Newtonbrook. Average prices in all ofthese neighbourhoods combined rose by 75 per centover five years. The top areas for condo price growthwere the Fairview Mall neighbourhood, Cabbagetownand the area around Church and Wellesley Streets.Collectively their condo prices rose by 47 per cent.That compares to average price growth of 43 per centfor all types of properties throughout the city.
