Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of

Engineering, Myalavarm promoted by

Director’s Profile:

Dr. E.V. Prasad, a distinguished

academician and seasoned administrator

has more than thirty seven years of

academic experience in technical

education. Previously, in various capacities

he served JNTU as Rector, Registrar and

Director IST, Principal during his long

academic career.

He obtained Ph.D in CSE from

the University of Roorkee; ME (CS) from

Madras University and BE (ECE) from SV

University, Tirupati. In a long eventful

career, he has endeared himself to many

with his affable nature and strict but

humane administrative acumen. He

received “Meritorious Teacher” award

from the Govt.of A.P on several occasions.

He served as a member in various

committees of AICTE, APSCHE etc. He is

a member of a number of Professional

bodies like IEEE / ISTE/CSI/IE/IETE/ISCA.

He has guided 10 students towards Ph.D

degrees and 4 students submitted Ph.D

dissertation for evaluation. He coauthored

6 books and published 120 plus papers

in various reputed National and

International journals till date.
