2012Monbana May recipe
Glass size: 220 ml Tumbler or Long Drink
Ingredients• Iced Chocolate with White Chocolate 50g
• Cold Milk 180 ml
• Ice cubes 5
• Strawberry puree 40 ml
• Whipped cream 50 ml
• Strawberry sweet
Preparation method
In a blender, put the ice cubes in the blender with the milk
and two measuring spoonfuls of Iced white chocolate, i.e.
50g. Blend for 30s. In a cocktail glass, in the same time, pour
the strawberry puree with the Iced Chocolate. Decorate
with whipped cream and a strawberry sweet. Serve chilled.
Degustation: nytime of the day !
Suggestion: For a light version, you can use
whipped soya cream.
