Welcome back to the Club at Kukui‘ula. We are so pleased to have you and want to assure you that our top priority is the safety, health and wellbeing of our Members, Guests and Team. Below you’ll find more

information about some of the changes we’ve made around The Club. What hasn’t changed is our ho‘okipa, heart-felt Hawaiian hospitality, and we look forward to sharing our aloha spirit and

exceptional service with you when you arrive.

WELLNESS STANDARDS & PROCEDURES

• All of the buildings at The Club at Kukui‘ula, and its amenities, have been deep cleaned and sanitized. While we are always diligent in maintaining a high standard of health and sanitation, we have implemented and are maintaining an increased schedule of cleanings throughout the day to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

• Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the property. • We are carefully monitoring the health of our team members. Any team member that has any

reason to believe they may have been exposed to COVID -19 or the flu, or are showing symptoms of either, are being asked to not come to work and self-quarantine. We ask the same of all Members and Guests.

• We kindly ask that you and your guests bring a mask with you when you visit the Club, and, per Hawai‘i State Department of Health guidelines, please wear it when you are in proximity to others not in your family. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines while at the Club and while utilizing the Club’s amenities.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES At this time, valet parking is not available. To maintain proper distancing, we ask that you drop any passengers off at the entrance to the Clubhouse, and then self-park in the lower lot below the Kukui‘ula Realty Sales Office. Shuttle service from the parking lot to the circle will be available and provided if needed. CONCIERGE SERVICES Our concierge team is working remotely, but can be reached by calling 808-742-8000 or by emailing memberservices@kukuiula.com (for Kukui‘ula Members), or guestservices@kukuiula.com (for Lodge Guests). DINING ‘Umeke Kitchen + Bar is open for lunch and dinner service Wednesday through Sunday, from 12 pm until 8 pm (the last seating will be at 7 pm). Food service to the Makai Pool, to-go and delivery orders will also be available Wednesday through Sunday between 12 pm and 8 pm (please place orders no later than 7 pm).

• Click here to view our current lunch and dinner menu offerings. Please note that the early bird “Mynah Menu” is available to be ordered for in-restaurant dining or to-go between 4 pm and 5:30 pm.

• To ensure a pleasant and safe dining experience, table spacing has been adjusted to allow for six feet between tables and bar seating will be removed. Restaurant team members will be wearing masks for the safety and comfort of guests.

• While we are always diligent in maintaining health and sanitation codes, surfaces will be sanitized with increased regularity.

• Reservations for dinner are highly recommended and can be made at 808-742-8000 or via email at memberservices@kukuiula.com (for Kukui‘ula Members), or guestservices@kukuiula.com (for Lodge Guests). When dining reservations are made, confirmation will be sent via text along with all available menus. Pre-orders are highly recommended and can be made by calling 808-742-8000 or respond to the confirmation text.

• For those who prefer to dine at home, we will continue to offer a to-go menu of prepared dishes as well as prepped meal ingredients and pantry items that can be used to cook at home. Delivery of all items will be available to homes within Kukui’ula.

MAKAI POOL The Makai Pools are open daily, but services vary. Please refer to the schedule below:

• Food from `Umeke Kitchen + Bar will be delivered poolside Wednesday through Sunday from 12 pm until 7 pm.

• Towel service will be available Wednesday through Sunday from 12 pm until 7pm. On days/times when towel service is not available, please bring your own towel to the pool.

• Lifeguards are not on duty.

GOLF The Golf course is open for play Wednesday through Sunday with tee times available between 8 am and 1 pm. For tee times, please call 808-742-8000 or email memberservices@kukuiula.com (for Kukui‘ula Members), or guestservices@kukuiula.com (for Lodge Guests). TENNIS & PICKLEBALL The tennis and pickleball courts are open on a first-come-first-served basis. Please bring your own racquets, balls etc. ACTIVITIES Scheduled activities can be found on the weekly Club Calendar. All scheduled activities are currently being held outdoors so that social distancing guidelines can be followed. FITNESS The Hi‘ilani Fitness Center and the Spa Lap Pool is open. The fitness center will be open Tuesday through Sunday (closed Monday) from 8 am until 3 pm.

• 10 people will be permitted in the fitness center at a time. • The fitness center will operate based on guidelines provided by the State of Hawai‘i and the

County of Kaua‘i, the CDC, and the local Department of Health agency. Equipment will be cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day, but members and guests are asked to have the courtesy to clean up after themselves, and use the towels and cleaners provided to wipe down the equipment after each use.

• Outdoor fitness classes will be offered weekly, please check the weekly Club Calendar for more information.

SPA The Hi‘ilani Spa locker rooms and wet areas are open Wednesday through Sunday between 8 am and 3 pm. At this time treatment services and the wet ritual are unavailable.

• We kindly ask that Members & Guests wear masks while checking into the spa reception area and before and after utilizing the locker amenities or lap pool areas. Please continue to adhere to social distancing practices while utilizing the spa facilities.

• 10 users will be permitted in each locker area at any given time. We recommend calling (808) 742-8000 ahead of your planned utilization of the spa to avoid having to wait.

BARBER SERVICES Men’s barber services are available on Mondays in the Golf Men’s locker room. Please email memberservices@kukuiula.com (for Kukui‘ula Members), or guestservices@kukuiula.com (for Lodge Guests), to make an appointment.
