Download the application To download the latest version of Citrix Workspace, navigate to https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/ from your internet browser.

1. Right-click CitrixWorkspaceApp.exe 2. Select run as administrator 3. Click Start 4. Check the box next to I accept the license agreement 5. Click Next

Citrix Workspace

Good to Know If you are using the iRAS site from your home or non-NMH managed computer, you must have the most up to date version of Citrix Workspace installed.

You can get the latest version of Citrix Workspace here https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/

On NMH managed devices, IT will have the correct version of Workspace installed. If your computer has Citrix Receiver installed it will upgraded to the current version of Citrix Workspace automatically.

After you have logged onto the portal your experience may be different depending on the internet browser you are using (i.e. Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc.).

You may be presented with the following screen if you are using Edge or Chrome. Click Detect Receiver to allow the browser to locate the Citrix Workspace installed on your computer.

Launching applications If using Internet Explorer or Firefox, applications will launch when you click on them.

If using Edge or Chrome, you will be presented with an additional window

1. Select Citrix Workspace Launcher 2. Check Remember my choice for receiver link 3. Click Open link

Note: The link to use the “light” version of the Receiver is not available.

Detect Receiver 1. If you receive the error Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid, click

OK 2. Select Already installed 3. Click the application you want to launch 4. Select Download 5. Click the download icon in the browser toolbar 6. Click the downloaded file 7. The Citrix Workspace app will be opened and the application will open inside the Workspace
