Being A Humanitist
What does it mean to be a Church oHumanity member?
Is it similar to a traditional religion where peopleattend services once a week, participate in otheractivities, such as Sunday School, charity events andsacred text studies? Well, there are some similaritiesto traditional religious organizations, but there areprobably more dierences. Te Church has beenorganized within a ramework that is reectiveo modern times, and designed to t a liestyleconducive to the Age o Inormation, and toaccommodate the ongoing and rapid changes inscience and technology.
For the present, all Church members can gainaccess to regular Church services via the Internet.
Te Churchs web site, www.churchohumanity.org, eatures sel study courses, publications, programs and video presentations in severalormats. Everyone is welcome to take advantageo the inormation presented on the Church oHumanity site. Your Personal Philosophy
One o the primary diseases o our time is thatmillions o people have been cast adrit roma basic oundation rom which to understandtheir own lives. For centuries, traditional religionshave provided most people with a ramework toshape their lives. But it was inevitable as scienceprogressed that the most undamental precepts o
most religions would beshaken to the core. oday, traditional religion is incrisis. Te more peoplelearn about science,
witness the success o thescientic method, andpick up all the miraculoustools that science hasprovided or us, the less
legitimate the claims othe old religions seem tobe.
Its only natural or people to eel deeply the basicdisconnection between the methods o scienceand the tenets o religion. Te ormer deals only
with acts, in what is observable and measurable, and demands a constant rigorous sel questioning.
Science and skepticism are ast riends.
With traditional religion, it has been much theopposite. Questioning is not encouraged. Teability to have aith is central to maintainingones standing with a religious ramework. Mostreligions say: What we say cant be disproven, soyou might as well believe it. In a world steepedin science, thats just not good enough anymore.
Tus, in most developed countries, traditional

religions have witnessed their congregations allaway in droves. Ironically, the crisis in religion has
also produced the opposite -- more and more severeundamentalist sects. Extremely narrow-mindedand undamentalist interpretations o religion isan overreaction to what believers see as a challengeto their long-held religious belie systems. Becausethey see millions o people becoming godless andbecause they ear that without the moral groundingthat religion has always provided, they retreateven urther into the most basic aspects o theirreligions, and close their minds to anything thatmay challenge their belies.
While the ear o change breeds undamentalism, the loss o a once comortable religious rameworkproduces a kind o mass ennui and despondencyamong large segments o the worlds population.Te Church

intellect o human beings, while also providinga rich ramework to experience that which maynot be able to be dened in purely rational terms.
People still need to believe in miracles, that thereis some basic magic in the world, that the universeis a realm o enchantment and adventure. Indeed,
what science is showing us is that there reallyis a Godlike orce in the universe, that there is aUniversal Intelligence, and that there is a proper
way to make that reality a positive, loving orce inall o our lives.
Te great thing about being a member o theChurch o Humanity is that you will take an activepart in creating the philosophy and rameworko what the Church is all about. It will provideyou with a solid grounding in moral values thatcan help you make sense o lies meanings andmake you eel comortably at home among peopleand a Universe that cares about us. Lie does have

A Formula For Daily Living
Being a member o the Church o Humanitymeans more than attending a regular Churchservice. Members are encouraged to adopt acomprehensive liestyle that inorms all aspectso their lives. Members should strive to live thephilosophy o the Church. When you do so, all oyour normal activities will be enhanced in amazing
ways as you become grounded by the core principleso the Church. Tis does not mean you need to carryaround some kind o instruction manual to consultevery minute o the day. Rather, as you grow in theteachings o the church, you will develop a superiormental construct -- a philosophical oundationthat will help you in innumerable small ways, andoten in big ways, as you traverse the course o liesadventures -- because thats what lie should be --an adventure.
Being a member o the Church o Humanity meanschanging your paradigm, or your basic outlook onlie. For example, it is critical at this juncture inhistory or every human being to stop thinking othemselves as a biological machine toiling away inisolation in a hostile and uncaring universe. Fortoo long, the human race has been living under aman against nature mentality, or man against
man or even mind against body point o view.Basic assumptions like these -- basically incorrectassumptions -- cause you to stay rutted in archaicthinking. Tere is a saying: As the twig is bent,so grows the tree. I, at the root o your personal
world view, you believe that you are in aggressivecompetition with other people, other businesses, other ethnic groups, even with the opposite sex, then you will naturally go out and shape your world
in this way -- a world wherein you are constantly

struggling against others and yoursel. Certainly, competition is a undamental process o nature,
and competition is oten a good and motivatingthing, but most people are oversold on the notiono constant, unending, aggressive competition.
We have come to live in a hyper-Darwinian worldin which all species o nature are enveloped in atitanic struggle to survive -- and do so by grappling
with and deeating others.
But when you take a second, more thoughtul lookat nature, you nd just as much cooperation ascompetition, and perhaps even more cooperation.Bees pollinate owers as they gather honey. Teycooperate. A deer doesnt like to get eaten bya wol, but i
wolves would notreduce the deerpopulation, more
o them woulddie o diseaseand starvation.
When an animaldies, it makesood or otheranimals. Whenan animals remains decompose, it ertilizes thesoil. Minerals that were once in bones once again
become minerals o the earth, ready or use bysomething else. From that soil spring healthy newplants, which in turn provide nourishment ormore animals. Indeed, the proper view o natureis that o a system o vast interdependence andcooperation. Tere is a web o lie. Everything isinvolved in a ceaselessly interacting, nourishing, changing, enhancing, transormation into eachother. It is a complex dance that is the throb and
pulsation o all existence.

Tus, instead o getting up each day with the attitudeo joining the rat race you can decide today to
stop raming your reality as a competitive struggle, and re-vision your lie as a journey o cooperation
with everyone joining you or a mutual ride to getto a better place. Its interesting to note that one othe most successul business models in recent yearshave been joint ventures strategies. Others callit usion marketing. Tis is when two disparatecompanies nd ways that they can share and mergeresources or the mutual prot o each other. oday, literally millions o businesses are getting togetherto nd innovative ways in which they can helpeach other grow. I you have studied business at
all, or ollow businessstories in the media, all you seem to hearabout is competitionand competitive
strategies. But youwill rarely hear aboutbusiness cooperationstrategies -- yet thelatter are among themost powerul andsuccessul tactics oall.
Te Church o Humanity recognizes that quantumscience has provided an incredible underpinningthat helps us model our reality on cooperation andinter-connectedness. All energy and matter o theuniverse is grounded in the zero point eld, theprimary maniestation o the Cosmic Intelligence.
You are connected to that Intelligence, you area part o it. Everything else is connected to it as
well -- including those aspects which you think
you are competing with. I you reorganize your

undamental world view, bringing it into line withthis new loving, interconnected, supportive mode
o thought -- you will nd your lie changingdramatically. It will seem like magic at rst, andperhaps magic is not such a bad word or it! Whenyou incorporate the basic premise that your lieand your existence is more about cooperation, it

Meet Your Spiritual Guide - YOU!
Adopting the Church o Humanity basicparadigm o interconnected cooperation as thecentral element o your thought processes is thebeginning o your Church membership activities.Te Church o Humanity will provide instructionsin a wide variety o methods and resources in whichyou can participate as per your choice. A primarypractice or ritual that is essential to your personalspiritual growth, and thereore growth in all areaso your lie, is that which helps you make a strongerconnection to that all-encompassing web o totalexistence -- that Universal Intelligence or Cosmic
Consciousnesswhich is theground o allbeing.
A n c i e n tw i s d o m ,rom manytraditions, and
now cutting-edge science supports the idea thatthe strongest, most natural connection o humanmind to Cosmic Intelligence is through thesubconscious or unconscious mind. Again, similarto the problem o operating under a alse paradigm
o hyper-competition, people today have largelyretreated rom any real practical use o their ownsubconscious minds. Many o the problems andailings o the human race today can almost certainlybe blamed on the total dominance o conscious,ego-driven, linear and empirical thinking models.Te conscious, ego-dominated mind tends to beaggressive, ocused on competition and winningat all costs. Some call this the male aspect o the
psyche unchecked by the soter eminine visage o

the psyche. Very oten, the subconscious mind
is associated with theeminine archetype -- it is the soter, moresubtle, less aggressive, more nurturing andsupportive quality othe human mind. But,leaving the concept omale and emale behindor now, the larger point
we want to make here isthat all o us need tostart paying more attention to the subconscious --primarily because it is there where the whispers oCosmic Intelligence may be heard and understoodmost deeply.
o gain greater access to the subconscious mind, the conscious mind needs to be at least temporarilydampened or quieted. Te conscious mind mustrelinquish its control long enough so that whatlies beneath it can come orward and be betterunderstood and used by us in a practical way. Itsimportant to remember that we do not denigratethe conscious mind -- we only want to make it morecooperative with the subconscious mind, making
the two work in greater cooperation as partners.

Meditation: The Portal To The CosmicIntelligence
Have you ever tried to go to sleep at night, onlyto be tormented by your own mind? As youtry to drit o to sleep, your mind keeps racing.
You keep thinking about dozens o things -- yourcurrent problems and worries, your plans or thenext day, sudden memories that come back at youunexpectedly, sometimes memories rom dozens oyears ago. It can be maddening. You just want tosleep, but your own mind, or some reason, wontlet you.
Or perhapsduring theday you eelyour mindis scattered.
Instead obeing able toconcentrateand ocus on the important tasks o the moment, you keep getting distracted by all kinds o thoughts, and the activity in your environment. Yourattention span seems limited. Te result is that theimportant tasks that need completing today aremore difcult to concentrate on, and you unction
like a scattered, inefcient machine.
Both o these examples are signs that your consciousmind is out o balance with the deeper, more sedateaspect o your consciousness -- your subconsciousmind. Your conscious mind is in hyperdrive. Itcrowds out all intuition and deeper contemplativethought. Te ancient Buddhists had a term or arunaway mind -- they called it monkey mind.
But monkey mind is very much a disease o

modern times. We live in a complex age, the age oinormation. We are constantly bombarded with
messages rom a myriad o sources. When you getup in the morning, you probably click on the radioor V and are conronted with enormous amountso inormation. Modern media is designed to caterto a short attention span. Most news items onradio or V are rarely more than 30 seconds long.Broadcasters throw dozens o inormation items atyou, compacted into short-time bursts. In betweenthe news, they jam in messages rom advertisers,
weather reports, music, and anything else they candump into your mind.
Bombardment with media messages is only thebeginning. oday, people are so engaged in theeveryday world, a new term has been invented todescribe common human activity -- multi-tasking.Te term has been borrowed rom the world o
computers and applied to human beings. Whenpeople are driving to work, they listen to the radioas they think about all the tasks they must completein the coming day. While they drive and listen tothe radio, they read billboard advertisements, lookat the scenery, monitor trafc signals and watch outor other drivers. Some do even other things inthe car, like check their hair and make-up in themirror, talk to people on cell phones, read and send
text messages, even make notes with paper andpen. Some people listen to audio novels, or oreignlanguage tapes.
When you get to work, its more o the same. Tereare dozens o tasks to complete, e-mail to read, coworkers to chat with, coee to drink, telephonesto answer. A lot o people listen to the radio whilethey work. Te result is a daily blizzard o items
or your mind to cope with minute by minute. It

doesnt even stop on lunch breaks. A lot o peoplediscuss business over lunch or share the buzz o
their personal lives as they eat. Te result o itall is setting the conscious mind into overdrive, crowding out everything else -- and by everythingelse we mean the enormous amount o inormationthat is existent in the sphere o consciousness, inthat ocean o light that is the zero point eld andCosmic Intelligence.
Tink o it this way: Te spectrum o light isactually a wide band o wavelength requencies, butas human beings, we only perceive an extremelynarrow segment o that total spectrum. We cannotsee inrared light, ultraviolet light, radio waves,
X-rays, gamma rays and more. But just becausewe cannot see it all does not mean that it does notexist. Te spectrum o consciousness is similar.
Your waking conscious mind -- that which you
experience ront and center every minute o the day-- is only a narrow band o the total mind availableto you. Some psychologists compare the humanmind to an iceberg. Ninety percent o an iceberglooms unseen beneath the surace o the water, withonly the tip peaking out the top. A large iceberg is amagnicent sight oating in the blue sea, just as ourconscious minds are magnicent. But because we
tend to invest
so much intowhat we cansee with oureyes, it isdifcult tor e m e m b e rthat the vastmajority o
the iceberg is unseen, and the vast majority o our
minds are ignored.

Your subconscious mind is open to a greaterspectrum o inormation existent in the universe.
Its available to you, but because your ordinarymind is so busy multi-tasking, you almost never payattention to the more subtle orms o inormationthat surround you at every instant. Yet, evenpeople with the most busy minds sometimes gethunches, bursts o intuition and other suddencreative insights that seem to come out o nowhere.Indeed, we have been taught that these incrediblecreative nuggets are rom nowhere and that theyare anomalies. Te act is, however, there is verygood scientic evidence to suggest that creative, intuitive impressions is inormation existent in theuniverse. When we experience those wonderulmoments o inspiration, we are actually accessingnot only our own greater minds, but the mind oCosmic Intelligence.
Everyone would agree that these mysterious, intuitive, creative bursts o inormation arewonderul experiences. Everyone wishes theywould have more o them. Te act is, you cannot only have a more creative and intuitive mind, but you can harness the vast potential o yoursubconscious mind -- and even more exciting --tap into the unlimited, innite inormation o theCosmic Intelligence. It is important to note that
we are not saying that your conscious mind is bador inerior -- but what is important is that it not beallowed to control and dominate your total dailyexistence. Te goal is greater cooperation.

Tuning Into The Cosmic Intelligence -How To Meditate
Getting in touch with the Cosmic Intelligence- the Mind o God - starts with learning toquiet the constant din and clamor o the consciousmind. Tere are ormal ways to do this, and thereare many small, daily adjustments you can makethat will bring the subconscious orward. Formalmethods involve regular or daily sessions omeditation. Lets discuss that rst.
Meditation is both an art and science that can betraced back in many orms throughout centurieso human development. All major religions haved e v e l o p e dparticular styleso meditation.Meditation is
perhaps mosta s s o c i a t e dwith Easternreligions suchas Buddhism, and various Hindu sects, which have developedvery advanced and ormal protocols or what eachconsiders proper meditation. But even Westernreligions practice meditative techniques, even
though they may not call them that. Catholics,or example, pray with rosaries, which involvethe rhythmic repeating o certain prayers, and itsusually done in a quiet setting while the worshipperocuses his or her mind on God.
Tose who practice Zen meditation might arguethat their practice is extremely dierent rom those
who avor, say, transcendental meditation. Te

Church o Humanity does not endorse nor rownupon any existing technique or particular school o
meditation, but recognizes the benet o many ormso meditation. Te bottom line is, you can learn tomeditate in a way, or with a method, that suits yourpersonality best. You can even invent your own ormo meditation. All you need is to understand theuniversal basics that are common to just about allorms o meditation.
Here are some suggestions and guidelines:
Formal meditation is most powerulwhen done every day.
Tirty minutes to one hour per day areoptimum, but even i you eel you havetime or just 10 or 15 minutes per dayo ormal meditation, the benets will
still be signicant.
Meditation can be done alone, or withgroups o people. Many people reportthat meditating alone is extremelydifcult -- yet others preer meditating
while alone. Some experimentationwill reveal what is best or you.
Te undamental goal o meditation isto quiet the mind. Note that the goal omeditation is not to go into some kindo trance, hypnotic state or radicallyaltered state. Te goal o meditationis very simple: o learn to become verycalm and quiet or a certain period otime every day. You remain who you areand aware o who you are -- its just you

being very calm, quiet and peaceul.
Most meditation starts with breathing.ake notice o your breathing thenext time you are very excited orexperiencing anxiety. You will discoverthat you are breathing rom the top oyour chest, and with short and rapidintakes o breath. Te greater youranxiety, the more rapidly you breath.
When you are calm and relaxed, it isjust the opposite. You breath moreevenly and closer to your stomach.
You will soon learn that your stateo mind ollows the way you breath.
When you make a conscious eortto take deeper, slower breaths, yourmind ollows suit and becomes calmer
and more
re l axed . h i seect isincreased
when youmake aneort to
breath rom your stomach, ratherthan rom your chest.
Formal meditation techniquesprescribe certain postures andpositions. Zen meditation, orexample, requires that you sit in thelotus position -- legs crossed, spinestraight, chin slightly down withthe skull cap pointing up towardthe ceiling or sky. However, many
people are simply unable to sit in

the lotus position, while others ndit so uncomortable they orego
meditation altogether. Tus, wesuggest you nd a position that is easyand comortable or you. You can sitin a chair, lie at on your back onthe oor, or nd some other suitableposition. Whatever the case, strive tokeep your spine and neck straight andin alignment.
When you are in position, beganbreathing deeply and slowly, pushing the air in and out with yourdiaphragm, the lower part o yourstomach. Breath in deeply, hold itor a tiny instant, and then let it outslowly and evenly.
Now the part which many people ndthe most difcult -- as you breath, youshould seek to make your mind asempty as possible. Te last thing you
want to do is think about all thosethings you think about every day --
whether it be problems or anxieties,or happy, pleasant thoughts. Tegoal is to ignore those daily conscious
thoughts. Te only thing you shouldbe thinking about or paying attentionto is your breathing. Simply payattention to how your breathscome in, and how they go out, andnothing else. Now heres an extremelyimportant point: You want to emptyyour mind, but you do not want tostruggle against your thoughts. When
people rst start meditating, they are

surprised at how extremely difcultit is to simply stop thinking! Your
thoughts just keep coming. Teydistract you. Tey prod at you. Teyseduce and tempt you. Very oten, you orget about your breathing andyoure soon o on one thoughtultangent or another.
But whenever you nd your mindwandering, dont struggle. Rather, very gently bring your attention backto your breathing. You will nd yourmind wandering again and again.Dont panic or get rustrated. Just keepbringing your attention back to yourbreathing, even i you have to do it ahundred times in 20 or 30 minutes.
As you continue to practice, you may

Be aware: When many people try ormal meditationor the rst time, they nd it to be among the mostdifcult activities they have ever done. Meditationsounds simple and relaxing -- and it can be -- butor people whose conscious minds have been onhyperactive overdrive or most o their lives, just 15
minutes o trying to make it be quiet and relinquishsome o its control can be remarkably difcult. Its easy to get discouraged. I you continue thispractice, however, the benets to your lie will beenormous, even extraordinary.
Some people report that they never seem to getbetter at meditation. Tat is, they never seem tobe able to calm their minds, or chase away their

Its not how well you meditate that is important, but the act that you do it on a regular basis. Inmeditation, there is no good or bad or rightor wrong. Just continue your practice and dontexpect a specic result. Te benets in your lie

The Science Behind Meditation
Recent advances in medical technology havemade it possible to veriy and explain thebenecial eects o meditation. Researchers DanielGoleman and ara Bennett-Goleman conductedtests which showed an active relationship betweenthe amygdala and the prerontal cortex duringmeditation. Te amygdala is the part o the brainthat controls eelings o anger and anxiety. Te pre-rontal cortex, on the other hand, makes peopleslow down and be more thoughtul. Tis makesthe prerontal cortex excellent or analyzing andplanning, but not good or making snap decisions.Te amygdala is good or making rapid judgmentsbased on whats happening in the environment, and has a powerul eect on human emotionsand behavior, mostly in moments o crisis. Forexample, i a person sees a lion leaping out at them,
the amygdala will trigger a ght or ight responselong beore the prerontal cortex responds.
Te trouble is, the amygdala usually does notdiscriminate between real danger and only perceiveddanger. Tis is particularly true in our modern
world where social strie, job anxiety, relationshipproblems and more trigger the amygdala as i we
were about to be attacked and eaten by a sabre-
toothed tiger. But unlike our ancestors who onlyoccasionally had to worry about predators, peopletoday experience events many times a week whichcan trigger the amygdala response. Te result isrequent anxiety events which, simply put, tendsto drive people crazy. Its why so many people arenervous and agitated. Its why so many people resortto taking anti-anxiety medications, such as Prozacor Valium -- drugs which calm the mind, but also

deaden the creative spirit, produce addiction, andvery oten make people eel like walking zombies.
Studies o meditators have shown that the amygdalaeect can be eliminated rom daily lie without theuse o any harsh drugs - yet still keep people sae byalerting them when they are truly in danger, andnot just perceived danger.
Other studies o meditation have linked the practiceto increased activity in the let prerontal cortex,
which is associated with concentration, planning,meta-cognition, or thinking about thinking, andpositive eelings. Meditation increases activity inthe let prerontal cortex, and the changes are stableover time. Tat is, even i you stop meditating or a
while, the calming, positive eects linger.
Te brainwaves oexperienced meditators
have been studied usingthe electroencephalograph(EEG). Te EEG showedthat the brainwaves oskilled meditators showeda signicant rise in gamma
wave activity in the 80to 120 Hz range duringmeditation. Tere was
also a rise in the range o 25 to 42 Hz. Tis eectis most proound in meditators that have beenpracticing or 10 years or more, but the eect isalso seen in beginning meditators. Also duringmeditation there is a modest increase in slow alphaor theta wave EEG activity. Alpha and theta waveactivity is associated with a eeling o bliss, or assome people report, eeling blessed.

At Te Church o Humanity, we place particularimportance on those areas where religion and
science intersect and support each other. In thecase o meditation, we have literally centurieso evidence that meditation is a proven way toimprove ones lie, to eel happier and experience aspiritual oneness with the cosmos. And now thatsolid science has backed up this claim, we can state
with a great deal o certainty that meditation willhave the eect it claims to, and thereore, it wouldbe a missed opportunity to not adopt this practiceand use it to make your lie better.
Again, meditation will quiet the unnecessary clamorthat rushes through your mind every minute o theday, causing you stress, anxiety, and blocking yourconscious thoughts rom the deeper, more prooundand subtle inormation that is omnipresent in theuniverse -- what we call Cosmic Intelligence.

Tips For Everyday Connection
So, think o ormal meditation as a daily practicethat will help condition your mind to becalmer, more creative and spiritual. But living theChurch o Humanity philosophy means bringingyour spiritual practices into every acet o your lie.Tus, we recommend you nurture your deeper, more thoughtul subconsciousness mind in morepractical ways, allowing it to come orward moreoten in every-day situations. I you practice dailymeditation, this will happen more naturally. Butyou can also take a more proactive approach.
ry this experiment:
omorrow, during thenormal course o your day, take a moment to notice
how you are breathing. Doit several times a day. Youmay be sitting at your deskat work, driving your car, orcleaning your house. Manypeople are surprised to nd
that their breathing is actually airly tight, shallowand rapid, and or no particular reason. Whatthis indicates is that your normal state o mind
is possibly a lot more tightly wound that perhapsyou thought it was. While you continue whatyou are doing, consciously make your breathingdeeper, slower and more regular. Breath romyour stomach rather than rom your chest. Youmay be very surprised at how much better youstart to work, even in stressul situations. It mayseem paradoxical, but by slowing down, you willactually speed up, and work more efciently and

productively. When your mind is calmer, you thinkmore clearly, make ewer mistakes, and you will see
possibilities or improving the way you work whichyour stressed out monkey mind may have beenblocking rom you.
Developing Intuition:
Another daily activity involves testing the abilitieso your intuition dozens o times per day. Forexample, every time your phone rings, pause oran instant and see i you can guess who is callingyou. I someone knocks on the door, look inwardbriey to see i you can determine who is therebeore you go answer the door. Without lookingat the clock, see i you can tell what time is itseveral times a day. When you try this as rst,you will probably have mostly misses when you
try to oresee who is calling you or who is at yourdoor beore you nd out. But think o it thisway: You are just beginning to exercise a certainmental muscle that you have long ignored -- inthis case, your subconscious mind and its abilities. For most people, the intuitive, prescient powers othe subconscious have atrophied rom long disuse.Tus, when you rst began to invoke its powers,it may seem like a waste o time and produce less-
than-spectacular results. But like any muscle inyour body, it will begin to respond and strengthenwhen you start to acknowledge it, test it, stretch it,and use it more vigorously every day.
When you make conscious attempts to make betteruse o your subconscious mind, it will respond inkind. Its like telling your subconscious mind thatyou want it to wake up, come orward and play a

larger role in your dailylie and existence. Te
subconscious mindtakes orders rom theconscious mind to agreat extent. It is saidthat the subconscious
mind does not know the dierence between thetruth and a lie. Whatever you program yoursubconscious mind to do, it will do, and do sonaturally.
Te more and longer you continue to test andattempt to activate your subconscious processes, thestronger you will grow in this ability, and the moreamazed you will be with the positive results it willbring to your daily lie. Always keep in mind: Yoursubconscious mind is your best and most directconnection to the Cosmic Intelligence. When
you operate more in connection and with greatersynchronization o the Cosmic Mind, everythingin your lie will seemingly all together more easily,
with less stress and with greater creativity. Youllget more work done with less eort. Youll havemore ashes o brilliant insight. Youll soon beginto see the world and your lie in a whole new way,and youll like what you see very much.
When you operate morein connection and with

Yet, somany people live their daily lives as i a victimo their own thoughts. For others, spirituality isa more abstract relationship with the divinethat dees description. For the Church oHumanity, a connection with the spiritualrecognizes both o the above. Spirituality is
