GET YOUR SMILE ON! We are going to do our own “informal” pictorial directory and Larry Ellis will be snapping pictures at the first two Wednesday Evening Fellowships (September 4 and 11) and more if needed. You don’t have to dress up or schedule a time. The key words here are “informal and casual” and “snapshots” (not portraits!) Information sheets will be available for you to fill out on your family. We appreciate your most kind cooperation with this project. SAY CHEESE! ASHWOOD PLACE MINISTRY LUNCHEON: If you have been helping with the Ashwood Place Sunday Communion Ministry or would like to be a part of this team, contact Rev. Meredith ([email protected], 352-8766 or 223-2346) about a luncheon being planned for Tuesday, September 10. FCC GOLF REPORT: Eight hearty souls braved the heat, alt-hough with the breeze it was a great night for golf. The winning team was Patricia Roberts, Don Alley, Nelson Henderson, and Glenn Ellis. Although the Governor’s Open is next Tuesday, their last tee-off is at 5 PM, which means we can still play. So, we’ll see you next Tuesday, September 3, at 5:15 and we’ll tee-off at 5:30! Be sure to call the Juniper Hill Pro Shop, 875-8559, and put your name on the list.

The Mission Team accomplished a great deal at Camp Wa-Kon Da Ho last week. More pictures will be available soon on the FCC Facebook page. A great big THANK YOU to this group of dedicated volunteers.

No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it. ~H.E. Luccock Contrary to popular belief, there most certainly is an "I" in "team." It is the same "I" that ap-pears three times in "responsibility." ~Amber Harding

IN THE SPOTLIGHT . . . Billy Gayhart comes to the church every Monday morning to compile Faith Devel-opment attendance reports. Thank you

Billy for your dedication!
