• Recycle paper, cardboard, foam, bottles, and plastic, to reducelandfill size.

• Donate our ink cartridges to local schools for fundraising purposes.• Donate unused material to local schools and daycares to

encourage artistic play. • Re-use material and items that we cannot recycle to streamline our internal process.• Introduced a new line of products this year made of organic material.

By educating our staff to make everyone accountable for the greater good of our environment, we arestriving to make a better tomorrow for the children who use our products. In order to ensure the safety ofthose children, our products undergo testing for flammability, lead, phthalates and other harmful ele-ments, as well as physical and mechanical tests for certain items through government approved third partylaboratories.

The Children’s Factory received the GREENGUARD® Indoor Air Quality® Certified and Children and Schools®

Certification issued by the GREENGUARD® Environmental Institute which certifies products and materials for low chemical emis-sions. Our materials are rigorously tested for harmful chemicals as well as emission levels from our final products in order to pre-serve indoor air quality. We also adhere to an annual recertification testing and quarterly monitoring program to ensure ongoingcompliance.

The extent of our green movement is always growing by reducing our waste output, increasing our recycling, and giving back toour community.
