All locations this month are old favourites. Please note the car park for Copacabana is opposite the Surf Club and, just
remember at Norah Head there is a short walk up the path to the lighthouse.
There are so many painting spots along the waterfront at Davistown; this one at the end of Restella looks up and down Cockle
Channel and across to Empire Bay.
Correa Bay Woy Woy looks out across the Woy Woy Inlet.
Swadling Reserve, Toowoon Bay has become a little overgrown but there are still nice spots from which to paint. Down in front
of the Surf Club there is a good spot which looks out onto Toowoon Point.
The weather can make it difficult for us to enjoy our painting days, especially when it is wet and miserable early. We have to
make a decision at 8-9am as to whether to go or not and it is disappointing when later on in the morning the sun decides to shine.
If you haven’t been to our paint out mornings before come along and join in. There is no starting or finishing times, come and go
as you please. Morning tea is at 10am and lunch 12Noon.

NEW ENTRY FORMS
Your Committee have undertaken to review and revise Entry Forms for our Exhibitions. No doubt this is a welcome move for those of you who were involved in taking payments, particularly for cards, during the Summer Exhibition. An official form has now been produced for Cards & Unframed Works, etc. and will also be available on our website for downloading For those wishing to sell Cards, Unframed Work/Jewellery/Pottery, please look for the new form which will come with the general entry form, and complete it as requested. All items MUST have a removable sticker, no less than 14mm in diameter (so info can be read), with the artists initials, price and must be consecutively numbered. Also each artist must supply their own suitably sized container for cards/unframed works, no sharing please.
Winter Exhibition 23 – 29th July, 2015
In addition to the above, and after much discussion, your committee has resolved that, unfortunately due limited space, no unframed works will be accepted for this Exhibition. Also, Cards are now to have a set price of $5.00 each,
again this has come about due to multiple handling issues at our Summer Exhibition.
NEW EXHIBITION EASEL: FRAN MELROSE has generously donated an Easel to be used for display purposes
