Sit and let me tell you a tale of oldOf a few people with skin colored gold

In Springfield they live, a town you might knowHopefully you do if you’ve seen the showBut I’ll get to that later, I’m getting aheadWould you like to hear the story instead?

All of these folks, in Moe’s Tavern did meetTo discuss the problem laid at their feet

An old man seizing power once againAnd here is where the real story begins

The first person there was of course MoeServing a beer to some average JoeHe knew the regulars soon would be inCausing havoc and creating a dinHis head was quite large for a rather

short manHis nose was flat, as if bashed with a panOn the side of his head, small his ears

grewHe was quite skilled in pouring a brewHe had a bow tie with an apron to matchAnd as I walked in the bar, my name he

did catch

Also there was old Montgomery BurnsWho owned the power plant in town, I

learnedHe also happened to be the richest manEver to roam the streets of Springfield landHe was the oldest of all the town folkHe looked at any time ready to croakIn World War II he was a Hell FishBut he was usually hiding inside a ditchHe tried quite often to take over SpringfieldBut the towns people always refused to

yield

Barney Gumble was one of great girthWith a beer in his hand, he was down to

earthA good friend of Homer for many yearsHomer first introduced him to beerBarney’s usual place was on a bar stoolThere were very few who though the

was coolHe looked rather sloppy, his hair never

combedHe spent most of his time at home aloneHis main accessory was a beerFor without one he was filled with fear

Homer Simpson then walked into the bar

As you know, of this show he is the starHe had a bald head with two lone hairsFor such a well known man, he had few

caresHe worked at the power plant for Mr.

BurnsHe was the safety inspector I learnedHe also had a wife and three kidsAnd his sisters-in-law he tried to ridHe once traveled into outer spaceBut he ended up breaking the ant case

Grampa Simpson soon did appearAnd towards everything he showed great

fearHe once was the captain of the Hell FishHe almost killed Hitler, but Burns made

him missNow he lives in the old folks homeWaiting for someone to call on the phoneAbe was his first name, and he was quite

oldAnd because of his age, his skin did foldHomer Simpson was his only sonHe just wished that Homer wasn’t so dumb

Otto was the next one to arriveHe wore a head set; a school bus he did

driveAll of the kids thought that Otto was coolEven though he was some sort of a foolHe once lived at Bart Simpson’s houseBut he was not quiet as a mouseHe was constantly hassled by “the man”For all that he wanted to do was jamI guess that there’s not a whole lot to sayBut I need to fill this line anyway

Police Chief Wiggum then came to the barHe arrived in, you guessed it, a police carWith a doughnut in one hand, coffee the

otherWhen roaming Springfield, criminals he

smotheredHe had a large waist, of this you can seeIf you knew him, he was rather friendlyHe wore a uniform that was quite blueBut if you looked closely, he had some small

shoesHe had a son Ralph who wasn’t so brightRalph was not one to get into a fight

Krusty the Clown was the last to arriveEarning money was his greatest striveHe has a pacemaker from a heart attackFor stress was upon him a while backHe had a pale head and a round, red noseHe had long, green hair and some clown

clothesSmoking cigarettes helped to relieve stressFor creating new shows he was hard pressedHe once was framed for robbing the Kwik-E-

MartBut that plan was foiled by Bart

So that’s all there is, there’s no more to tellI hope all of this came trough like a bell

All of these people came for a drink that nightBut instead were filled to the brim with fright

For Mr. Burns told them all of his planTo take over Springfield once again

But Homer stood up and said, “Hell no!”So Mr. Burns decided to go

And that’s all that I have to sayHopefully this project will get me an A
