    Howard County budget season is quickly approachingand is a great opportunity for citizens to learn how thegovernment is working for you. Residents will also haveseveral options to testify during public hearings. More

    information is included belowand as other details emerge, I willplace them in future editions. Asyou may know, the purpose of

    this newsletter is to spotlight billsunder consideration by theCounty Council and when insession, the Maryland General
