Brain metastasis

20-40% of all cancer patients develop CNS metastasis

In adults the primary tumors are:

Lung (50-60%),

Breast (15-20%),

Melanoma (8-10%)

GI tract (5-7%)

Conventional treatment ( radio-chemotherapy)
