for each patron. There is a mosaic-tiled lap pool on the west end. Private changing

rooms on the east end. And fourteen-thousand square feet of treatment rooms,

saunas and fitness equipment in between.

elysian cleanseInspired by skincare practices of the Hammam Bath House, this treatment combines transformative spa therapies with pure scent to renew the skin and calm the mind. The Cleanse begins with a coffee, olive stone, and fresh lemon scrub to exfoliate the skin. A calming rich rhassoul clay cocoon wrap will draw out impurities. The deeply relaxing full body, scalp, and face massage will leave you feeling restored.

healing relaxationFor relieving stress and skin renewal, this treatment includes a thorough exfoliation using the Ohana Gingergrass Bamboo Scrub which has crushed bamboo in it to stimulate blood flow and smooth the skin. Your skin will then be nourished and buffed using a wild cherry rice buff. An application of the plum blossom silk follows leaving your skin feeling deeply hydrated. A body massage with wild lime massage oil will soothe tired muscles and completes this traditional spa ritual.

pilates & gyrotonicMasters, specializing in one of the alternative regimens, oversee both the Pilates and Gyrotonic programs. And while the techniques do vary, both Pilates and Gyrotonic define and tone muscles, realign the flow of energy through the spine, and provide better body balance. In addition, with Pilates and Gyrotonic you will strengthen your body without straining muscles and tendons. Private and semi-private sessions are available.

aqua instructionWe offer a variety of water classes in our mosaic tile lap pool as an alternative way to build muscles and increase blood and lymphatic flow. Our swim coach also teaches personal swim instruction for both leisure and intense swimmers.

spa etiquetteTo preserve the tranquil environment, mobile phones and smoking are not allowed in the Elysian Spa & Health Club.

Guests of the Elysian are welcome to arrive at the spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in their guest room or suite.

The Elysian Spa & Health Club will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit.

A minimum age of 16 is required for access and treatments within the Elysian Spa & Health Club. Children younger than 16 years of age may receive treatments in guest rooms or residence; however, they must be accompanied by an adult.

cancellation policyShould you need to cancel your spa or health club appointment, kindly provide four hours notice to avoid incurring the full service fee.
