All of the brands and products affiliated with Cocktailian GmbH, Mixology Verlags GmbH and Bar Convent GmbH are united under the umbrella brand, Berlin Beverage Group. Collectively these brands represent a 360° premium range of products and services for the bar and beverages industry, and they form a dynamic interface between the industry, the gastronomy sector and consumers.

What is the Berlin Beverage group?

The Berlin Beverage Group is made up of three companies, each of which has grown into one of the leading enter-prises in their respective segments over the last 12 years. Mixology Magazine is acknowledged as the German- language region’s leading bar culture periodical, and Bar Convent Berlin has established a reputation as one of the most acclaimed bar industry events in the world. The Cocktailian brand brings together the Cocktailian book series, broadly acknowledged as standard reference works by pros and fans alike, and the cocktailian.de online shop. The web shop was founded in 2010 and has since become an essential product supply source for the gastronomy sector in Germany and internationally. The site’s clientele profile reveals not only a roster of business customers, but also a consistent rise in the number of end consumers.

Welcome to Brew Berlin, the platform for beer in bars. Founded in October 2013, the new segment of the Euro-pean Bar and Beverage Trade Show Bar Convent Berlin strives to bring together leading bar owners, gastro- nomes, and beverage retailers with innovative brewers and breweries.

Thus, Brew Berlin supports the roots of a new movement in beer in the German-speaking countries. Its main traits are unique and aromatic beer compositions, greater attention to product presentation and new ways of ad-dressing target groups. A bilingual blog by the authors of Mixology Magazine as well as a wide range of tastings, talks, and exhibits at the annual bar show Bar Convent Berlin itself are elements of the new platform for beer in bars. On top of that, Brew Berlin hosts regular indus-try MeetUps and networking events. With these means, Brew Berlin establishes an effective connection between producers and bar owners.

Cocktailian is much more than just a shop or a book. The Cocktailian team is made up of former bartenders and gastronomy professionals who apply their expertise in meeting the needs and wishes of bartenders, gastro- nomes, connoisseurs and barflies.

This is reflected in the shop’s portfolio. Cocktailian sour-ces articles from around the world according to standards like quality, user-friendliness, innovation, appeal and value for money. It’s this effort and dedication that ma-kes Cocktailian the »bartenders’ choice«.

The same standards apply for the Cocktailian book series. A collective of experts from around the world guarantees comprehensive informative content, topicality and quality. The latest series, Cocktailian 3 – Bier & Craft Beer, sees Cocktailian expanding the knowledge base on the topic of beer that is reflected in today’s broad selection and market orientation.
