We present a space that is elegant on its

own, not one that has to be transformed to

be deemed wedding ready. as a result, the

Sinclair Ballroom is reminiscent of 1920’s

Paris—artful and glamorous. the walls are

covered in silk, the ceilings are coffered,

and the hand blown glass and crystal

chandeliers are inspired by vintage jewelry.

There are floor to-ceiling windows outfitted

with custom made drapes and an intimate

outdoor terrace with neighborhood views.

along with your wedding event in the

Sinclair Ballroom, you also have exclusive

use of the entire fifth floor, which means

your big day is exactly that — yours.

Also on the fifth floor are the Hemingway,

Faulkner and Fitzgerald Salons. as

elegant as the Sinclair Ballroom, only

more intimate, these spaces are appointed

with tailored draperies, custom-designed

Health Club is a 14,000-square-foot oasis dedicated to your mind, body, and spirit

in preparation for the big day. all of the spa experiences are personalized to your

occasion. after all, not every bride or groom is the same, so services may range from

manicures and pedicures to massages and pilates.

of course, the wedding party deserves a little beautifying as well. treat your bridesmaids

to a manicure and pedicure followed by a champagne luncheon on the terrace.

your catering manager will assist in customizing and tailoring the wedding menu to your

preferences. We are delighted to offer the opportunity to experience our chef’s menu and

cake tasting approximately four to eight weeks prior to your wedding. the complimentary

tasting for four guests occurs tuesday to Friday, 1:30p.m. to 3:00p.m.

to ensure your preferred date is secure, a signed contract and initial deposit are required. deposits are 33% of

the total estimated revenue and are nonrefundable. Additional payment dates will be noted in your contract. A final

estimated prepayment is due 14 days prior to the wedding.

valet parking is available for your guests at the preferred rate of $20 and $73 for overnight parking. Please notify

your catering manager with approximately how many vehicles are anticipated prior to your wedding day.

Should you need guidance with selecting vendors, kindly contact your catering manager for a list of the

Waldorf Astoria Chicago’s preferred vendors. A final list of vendors will be requested no later than two weeks prior

We are pleased to extend hilton honors Bonus Points per $1 spent for a qualifying event. Eligible revenue will
