RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

Zanussi Solar has a core set of Rules of Engagement that permeate the behaviour of the entire organisation.

There are guiding principles for these rules of engagement, namely the integral role that partners play In Zanussi Solar’s overall success to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Zanussi Solar’s leadership team has a zero-tolerance policy for any dishonouring of these rules, ensuring trust and commitment to all Zanussi Solar partners.

PROSPECT REGISTRATION

Zanussi Solar is committed to rewarding partners for driving new business.

Through a fully integrated and streamlined process, as well as a nationally enforced Rules of Engagement, the Prospect Registration process helps to ensure partners stick to promoting Zanussi Solar products and solutions to their customers in their own territory.

Partners with registered opportunities outside of their own territory, may with the expressed approval of the territory partner, conclude a sales opportunity.

The Prospect Registration Process provides transparent collaboration between partner’s whilst avoiding territory conflict.

PARTNER PROFITS

In addition to Solar, we provide multiple ways to improve your profitability such as when you include other energy products & services.

Our high volumes of sales & installs, ensure our partners benefit from our scales of economy and maximise their opportunity for profit.

We appreciate that fast partner payments are of paramount importance, that’s why our expert installation scheduling teams ensure we get the system on the roof at the earliest opportunity and our partners paid every two weeks!

Program Tiers & RequirementsThe Zanussi Partner Program has 3 Tiers, each have their own set of benefits and requirements. Rewarding & incentivising partners for growth & development, enabling partners to progress beyond the entry level of Authorised status.

TRAINING & COMPETENCIES

Zanussi Solar offers training and competencies with the flexibility to specialise in certain solution areas. Spanning sales, technical, services and marketing, these trainings ensure each partner has the appropriate knowledge and skillset to meet their customers’ needs.

By completing competencies, partners can benefit from increased sales due to greater expertise with products and solutions. Additionally, as partners complete more competencies, they will have the opportunity to progress to higher Program Tiers and receive greater rewards along the way.

INCENTIVISING & REWARDING

Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Zanussi Solar offer partners two types of Marketing Development Funds including Proposal and Installed-based MDF. Installed MDF rewards qualified partners with predictable funding, which is accrued based on sales & Installs, related to partner type and tier. Proposal-based MDF represents incremental discretionary funds provided to partners based on strategic proposals aligned to specific product sales and marketing priorities. Both funds serve to support a breadth of marketing activities.

Qualifying Partners can increase profits based on achieving agreed volume of installs in qualifying periods.

A BALANCE REDUCING SOLAR SYSTEM LOAN

Customers can make extra payments as and when, in doing so they reduce the length and amount of interest they pay.

Settling a Shawbrook Bank Solar System Loan is a straight forward procedure.

Shawbrook Bank Customers can settle their loan at any time, the settlement figure will be calculated and will include 28 days notice, plus an additional 30 days interest.

CUSTOMER FINANCE OFFERINGPartners who are not Finance Conduct Authority (FCA) registered, will be able to offer their customers finance directly through the Zanussi Solar partnership with the Shawbrook Bank.

EPVSYour customer our responsibility

We think it’s incredibly important for our customers to be satisfied they have made an excellent choice in choosing Zanussi Solar. Equally important is the piece of mind that they can derive from the HIES Scheme, in terms of installation, product warranty and indemnities.

Furthermore, the Energy Performance Validation Scheme (EPVS) provides customers with further assurance that the projected incomes from exporting & FIT subsidies along with reduced electricity costs are reasonable financial assumptions.
