Andrew Lerner, CFP®

Senior Director – InvestmentsPrior to joining Oppenheimer, Andrew was a fi nancial advisor at Morgan Stanley. In 2014, Andrew was one of the founding members of The Atlantic Group. He leads a team comprised of professionals with diverse experience in all areas of wealth management services to provide the personal attention of a boutique family offi ce, together with the resources of a global investment Firm.Andrew attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Risk Management. Andrew also holds the Certifi ed Financial Planner (CFP®) designation from the Certifi ed Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc.

Mark Zuckerman Managing Director – InvestmentsMark joined the group in 2015 but began his career at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 1996. Mark has 20 years of experience counseling business owners, corporate executives and affl uent families in the areas of wealth and retirement planning services, hedging and monetization, asset allocation and alternative investments for qualifi ed investors.Mark concentrates his focus on delivering high alpha portfolio management for the group. A contrarian by nature, these strategies could include opportunistic equity and options trading.Mark earned his MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.


Hector Garcia Financial AdvisorUpon moving to the United States, Hector joined The Atlantic Group in 2018. He had previously worked as a Financial Advisor in Mexico for the past 3 years working with a select group of domestic and international clientele. Hector provides customized wealth management services and will look expand the groups global footprint in Latin America. He graduated from Tecnologico de Moterrey with a degree in Finance Administration.


Patti Chalich Client Service AssociatePatti joined the group in 2015 bringing over 29 years of experience in the fi nancial services industry. Before joining our team, she worked at a number of leading fi nancial fi rms, including Morgan Stanley & UBS.


Jaylene Rosario Client Service AssociateJaylene joined the team in 2018 after graduating from New York University. Jaylene is bilingual and her role within the team involves assisting with our international clients, with a focus in Latin America. Previously, she worked with the Donor Development Team at the American Red Cross, as well as the NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development.


Logan Shalmi Senior Director – Investments

Logan began his career at Oppenheimer & Co Inc. and was also a founding member of The Atlantic Group in 2014. Logan’s role on the team includes investment guidance, asset management, estate and trust planning strategies, philanthropic gifting and wealth transfer strategies. In addition, he recommends and monitors strategic/tactical asset allocation strategies with the help of our affi liate Oppenheimer Asset Management. Logan attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.


Charles Shalmi Executive Director – Investments

Charles is an Executive Director of Investments at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and has been at the fi rm since 2003. Charles brings over 32 years of experience in the fi nancial services industry, including 10 years as a Branch Manager at David Lerner Associates. Charles is responsible for Team Management, Marketing Initiatives, and Project Management for the group. He also works closely with a select group of private clients to develop and implement customized wealth strategies, emphasizing individual equity strategies that he recommends for their specifi c needs.


Kevin Kuhar, CAIA® Financial Wealth Associate, Portfolio Manager, Omega Portfolio Management

Kevin joined the group in 2017 bringing over 20 years of experience in the fi nancial services industry. Before joining the team, he has worked at a number of leading fi nancial fi rms including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and UBS. Kevin is responsible for investment research and client reporting, as well as, managing the Omega Dividend Select Portfolio for the Atlantic Group.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Babson College and a Master’s degree in Finance from Bentley College. Kevin also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®) designation from the CAIA association.


Carolyn Nitto Registered Client Service AssociateCarol joined the Firm in 2008 and became a member of The Atlantic Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in 2016 and currently assists clients from the Florham Park, NJ offi ce. She brings over 37 years of industry and client service experience to the team.
