every aspect of the wedding weekend. THE SKINNY: From 20

to 200 guests, The Mansion specializes in the best of bridal bliss. Have

your ceremony in the English garden behind the hotel (complete with

reflecting pool) where the bride and groom are at the center of attention

thanks to circular seating. The second floor event space offers various

venues including the refined Rosewood room, an oval 2,000-square-footballroom with a 1,300-square-foot foyer and terrace overlooking the

English garden. THE SEXY: Let the cake take center stage in the bay window

of the Rosewood room. The space boasts recessed areas throughout for

food stations, leaving more room for guests to linger or roam. THE SINGULAR:

Cookie-cutter clubs don’t even come close. Spend your entire wedding

weekend on this palatial property. Book a block of hotel rooms for your

guests; host your rehearsal dinner at one of two premier restaurants, Tom

Colicchio’s Craft Atlanta (opening in September) or the Italian-inspired

NEO; and treat the bridal party to “toes and tips” at 29 Spa. Amenities

abound: Niccolo china and Rivolta linens from Italy; a butler assigned to

every floor of the hotel who will unpack suitcases, press wrinkled clothes,

offer a GPS system to get around town, serve dinner on the balcony or

deliver a BLT at 3 a.m. Couple comforts include a rose-petal turndown for

the bridal suite with monogrammed pillowcases and robes as a gift, and a

free night on your one-year anniversary complete with a miniature

version of your custom-designed wedding cake. DETAILS: 3376 Peachtree Rd.

W ATLANTA MIDTOWNTHE SCENE: Opened in late March, this posh new Midtown hotel hotspot

truly puts the W in wow for the couple looking to give their guests the

ultimate in glamour. The party starts at the front door of this chic culture

club (home of both Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Spice Market and

Rande Gerber’s Whiskey Park) with sleek décor, cool tunes and prettypeople galore. THE SKINNY: A private entrance off the valet circle leads to

the great room, from which guests can access Away, a private third-floor

lounge, or be whisked to Altitude, the 4,000-square-foot top floor of this

27-story hotel accommodating up to 250 guests. THE SEXY: Floor-to-ceiling

windows allow expansive views of Downtown, Midtown and as far out as

Stone Mountain. Looking for a sunny spot for a Sunday brunch before

guests depart? Get WET, W’s outdoor pool and deck area. THE SINGULAR:

The W’s trademark “Whatever/Whenever” service leaves no whim

unfulfilled. Want a dim sum station? Absolutely. Cake stuck in traffic? No

worries. When this problem popped up at another W outpost, the staff

hired a helicopter to deliver the cake safely to the reception. Still in the

works at press time, look out for W’s new wedding wonder: Wow Vows.
