become a Lenovo System X Reseller!

Please use INTERNET EXPLORER browser as this was the browser the application was built on
Add ibm.com to your email domain in your address book to avoid having your info funneled into your SPAM mailbox.
Your initial Partnerworld IBM Id can take up to 48hours for your ID activation to allow you into the BPA website. Please try right away and then periodically to get into the application website.
If you have trouble with the application process online please contact PartnerWorld Contact Services 1-800-426-9990. Indicate you are part of the Lenovo System x application process for better support. Ask for Level 2 support if you do not feel your question has been answered.
It can take up to 7-10 business days for the business partner authorization to be processed and approved.
You will receive an email with your LOCID (REID Canada) following your approval. Please note this number as it will be required to order from your distributor, apply for incentives, apply for deal registration etc.
If you get asked for a Security Code when you log into Partnerworld – Reach out to your Lenovo representative or [email protected] for this code to enter.
STEP 1 - Getting Started –WITHOUT ID
You will need to begin by getting a PartnerWorld ID & password and Fill out and Accept the PartnerWorld Agreement.

Scroll down and click on the link under "Register your company"
1. Click on “No, I need an IBM id”2. Fill out the information and create your password3. Click “continue to explore” the IBM website4. Sign in with your email (user id) and the password you just created5. It will take you to Application to PartnerWorld. 6. Drop down Menu: Choose “Your Country” Click Next.7. Read PartnerWorld Agreement 8. Terms and Conditions click Accept button.9. Next, enter the required information for company, location and employee. 10. When finished, click on Save.
Allow up to two business days to receive email notification of approval and admission into the PartnerWorld program.
Once you receive this "Welcome to PartnerWorld" email, you will be able to update or change data in your profile. Check your spam/junk mail just in case for sender: [email protected]
Proceed to Step 2 only after you receive the confirmation email.
•Your IBM id and personal information have now been updated and can be used on any ibm.com websites, including PartnerWorld.
Step 1 - Getting Started – WITH ID

Log in – Your email address is your ID.If you have forgotten your password – click forgot password link to have this sent to your email.
If your ID is not recognized – you are not registered – go back to previous page for directions on how to get started without an ID.
Once Logged In– follow directions on next page to accept the Ts&Cs of the BPA (Business Partner Agreement)

Fill out and Accept the Lenovo Business Partner Agreement for Resellers (Screen shot is on the next page of this presentation)

1. Sign IN with your IBM ID and the password you created in the previous step. (Step 1)
2. Review the Terms and Conditions Documents by clicking on the blue T&C link applicable to your country/language
3. Next, fill in the information required ex. Company name etc.
4. Checkmark the tiny “I Accept” box located underneath the information you just filled in.
5. Click the “I Agree” button at the bottom of the page to complete the process.
You will receive an email confirming your Lenovo System X Reseller Agreement registration (REID) along with your firm's Lenovo System X Reseller Location ID that you will use when acquiring products from your Distributor. Allow up to 7-10 business days for approval of the Reseller application. Need Help? Call IBM PWCS at – 1-800-426-9990 and indicate you are a Lenovo System x reseller looking for assistance. Ask for Level 2 support if needed.
