Integrity. Experience. Execution.

AmeriSphere’s FHA team is among the largest and most experienced in the industry—by design. Our team, with its diverse backgrounds, has been in-tentionally built around AmeriSphere’s guiding prin-ciples of Integrity, Experience, and Execution. From an internal ethics review panel, to mandatory professional training, to the best underwriter-to-loan ratio in the industry, AmeriSphere’s principles are lived out successfully everyday. With offices in Denver, Dallas, and Bethesda, Amer-iSphere has successfully closed FHA loans in more than half of the FHA Program Centers nationally and through FHA’s LEAN Program. Even more impressively, over the last three years, AmeriSphere’s 100 percent success rate with FHA applications is nearly 50 percent better than the in-dustry average. FHA has recognized our track record of quality under-writing through inclusion in HUD’s LIHTC Pilot pro-gram and designation as a “recognized and highly rated servicer.”

The following pages will introduce you to some of

AmeriSphere’s 20-person FHA staff that are critical to

making us, and our clients successful.
