President Obama signed ARRA into law on February 17th, 2009.

provide $2.4 b to Oregon over the next 3 years. Focused on workforce training for green jobs training

programs (renewables & efficiency) through the Dept. of Labor

Additional funds are being distributed through Federal Agencies
