How do students get to school?
Students that live more than a mile a way from school can take the bus. Student rides bike
to school on a sunny fall day.
Students 16 years and older can drive to school, but these Alabama students chose to walk to protest high
gas prices.
Middle School is typically grades 6-8Ages 11-13
• These middle school students are racing at a track meet.
It’s very common for middle school students to take a field trip to our nations capital. It isn’t so common to meet our first African American President, Barack Obama.
Time Schedule
• Monday – Friday • Class Hours 7:45am - 2:30pm• 7 Periods including a 1hour lunch/break• Extra Curricular Activities and Athletics• 2:30pm – 6:00pm

High School
Ages 14-17
• Freshman Advanced Placement Courses• Sophomore• Junior• Senior
• SAT:The current SAT Reasoning Test, introduced in 2005, takes three hours and forty-five minutes to finish, and costs $49 ($75 International), excluding late fees.2 Possible scores range from 600 to 2400, combining test results from three 800-point sections (Mathematics, Critical Reading, and Writing).
Senior Prom/Graduation
• Senior prom and graduation are the two most celebrated events of the year. It’s a time to reflect, celebrate and say goodbye to friends and teachers.
