Continuous Professional Development (CPD)Short-courses for professional development of industry's existing technical workforce with the aim to fill the
training supply gap. These courses are available for both open enrollment and dedicated sessions that are suitable for an organization. CPD courses are standardized courses that can be offered both on-site as well as off-site.
Customized Training ProgramsCustomized training courses are tailored to meet the specific needs of a sector or an organizational setup.
Duration, content and venue for these trainings are customized according to the requirements of the sector or the organization. We can conduct a training needs assessment (TNA) or utilize existing skills matrix or TNA developed by the client.
Capacity Building for Technical & Vocational InstitutesThe AMANTECH team can support TVET institutes by providing an end-to-end suite of services that include
designing a state-of-the-art TVET facility, procurement and fabrication of training equipment, building and deployment of support systems, developing and modifying curricula and associated teaching and learning materials, support in fulfilling the requirements needed for accreditation by international, national and provincial bodies, and providing management support during the initial batches.

AMANTECH has developed the expertise to design & deliver bespoke trainings tailored to industry’s needs, as well as provide end-to-end consultancy on establishing training institutes
Industry Partner Details of Collaboration
Provided consultancy on the design & systems of their envisioned in-house vocational institute; this included facility design, curricula development, teaching & learning materials, training of trainers
Established Toyota Technical Education Program (T-TEP) workshop at AMANTECH facility, to train body repair and paint technicians for employment with Toyota and its 3S dealer network
Established two in-house training institutes for Coca Cola; this included curriculum development according to Coca Cola operations, training of trainers and support in training the first batches of bottling machine operators
Provided technical training for Novartis’ non-managerial staff at the Jamshoro plant; a bespoke curriculum, tailored to Novartis processes, was designed & delivered by AMANTECH
Improved the skilled workforce available for its member organizations in the off-set printing industry; 32 trainees per semester were taught and placed with PAPGAI members
AMANTECH has trained 4,000+ field staff from K-Electric on Health & Safety, especially when dealing with high voltage transmission lines; another 280 employees were provided with skills enhancement trainings for capacity development
Supported IBA Sukkur in establishing two vocational training centers, one each in Noushero Feroze and Khairpur; our advisory included curriculum development, development of 8 different kinds of simulators, training of trainers, protocols & systems, layout of the institute and procurement of all required equipment/machinery
Collaborated with them to develop and execute a 3 month course on stitching; the CAPEX and OPEX for this course is provided by YTM and 80% of the graduates are offered employment at their units; 400 trainees graduated to date
Prepared 35 masons on-site in Thar Block II, with the objective of empowering local community with the skills needed to benefit through jobs in the project while at the same time developing a local skilled workforce for SECMC
