Note:To tie back to #1 (Leading with Front Foot):If you are Leading / Point with the Front Foot, in almost all cases that Pitcher will also OPEN the HIPS early.We find if we correct #1 that #4 almost always automatically improves. The pitcher may still need to work on maximizingHIP to SHOULDER Separation, but the work is reduced from fixing Velocity Killer #1. It is important to point out here thatit is always best to FIX Upstream Issues 1st as they impacts downstream issues positively. (In most cases)
