publisher Bethesda’s latest entry in the post-

that it thinks Fallout 4 can top the performance of

the company’s best selling game, Skyrim, which sold 7 million copies in its first week and more than 20

• Other big games launching in the remainder of 2015 include Destiny: The Taken King from Activision, NBA 2K16 from Take Two Interactive, and

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate from Ubisoft.• Activision and Electronic Arts each have strong lineups for the rest of 2015,

while it appears to be a relatively light release year for Take Two and Ubisoft• With regard to the console hardware contest, Microsoft’s software lineup for

the rest of 2015 looks to have a bit of an edge relative to Sony’s. A solid lineup and promotions may help Xbox One narrow the sales gap with Sony’s

console, however the PlayStation 4 will continue to do great numbers. • Activision and EA’s respective businesses look strongest of gaming

publishers. Even after recent contractions, both stocks are up more than 30% in 2015.
