CHAMPIONSHIP RULESThecompetitionwillbeheldaccordingtotheofficialITFTournamentRules.

Only National Associations that have paid annual fee to the All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation for 2018 can take part in European Championships.

DIVISIONS - CATEGORIESThechampionshipswillbeperformedseparatelyforseniorsandjuniors.

• Competitorsbornintheyear2004canparticipateasJuniors.

• Competitorsbornin1999orbeforecompeteasSeniors.

• Competitorsbornin2000participateasJuniorsorSeniors.

Competition is divided into INDIVIDUAL and TEAM matches.

Pattern, Sparing and Pre-arranged free sparing events will be decided by the pyramid tournament system.

Power and Special Techniques events will be decided by the highest point obtained.


REGISTRATION OF THE COMPETITORSRegistrationofthecompetitorswillbecoordinatedbytheEuropeanTaekwon-doFederation(AETF)office.The registration online start date on January 18th 2018 at 00:00. The registration will be done only online, and it will close on March 31st 2018 at 23:59.

Passwordsforaccesstotheapplicationwillbesenttoallthemembercountriesviae-mailbytheAllEuropeanTaekwon-doFederation(AETF)office.Pleasefollowtheinstructionsforregistrationtoavoidunnecessarycomplications.

Warning: Every change in the registration after the official deadline will result in an additional fee of 25 EUR per each individual change / printing additional ID card.

EQUIPMENT REGULATIONS• AllcompetitorsmustwearofficialdobokandprotectiongearcurrentlyapprovedbytheITF.

• Allcompetitorsmustwearfullsetofblueorredprotectiongearaccordingtothedraw.

• Awardingdresscode–nocompetitorswillbeadmittedtoawardingceremonywearingshorts,casualpants,flipflopsor bare footed.

Attention!The championship organiser will provide equipment for rent for all those without proper protection gear.


INSURANCETheOrganisingCommitteeoftheEuropeanChampionships2018willnotbefinanciallyresponsibleforpossibleinjuriescausedduringthecompetition.Allcompetitorsmusthavefullinsurancecoveragefromtheirownorganisation/country.

COMPETITORS – TEAM COMPETITION ENTRY FEES• Individualentryfee:100,00€percompetitor(includingcompetitorscompetingonlyinTeamdisciplines);

• Teamentryfee:50 € per team.

Entryfeesinclude:• IDcard,whichismandatoryfortheTournamentasanofficialdocumentforidentifyingcompetitors,coaches,umpires

• WhenanUmpireissharingaccommodation,theguestwillneedtopaythe4-staraccommodationrateof€75,00perday.

• SingleroomsarenotavailablethereforeUmpireswishingtostayaloneshallbeaccommodatedinadouble/twinroompayinganextrafeeof€44,00perday.

Onlyone(1)coachfromeachcountryisallowedinthecoachingzone,othercoachesmustremainoutsidethecoachingzone.
