the 21st century library media program and the new north carolina school library media coordinator...
DESCRIPTION
In April 2012, the State Board of Education approved a new set of professional standards for North Carolina's School Library Media Coordinators (SLMCs). In September 2012, the Board approved a draft Evaluation Rubric for these standards. This rubric will be piloted in the 2012-2013 school year and should be ready for wide scale training and also will be used during the 2013-2014 academic year. Learn what SLMCs can do to prepare for the new evaluation instrument and how LEARN NC’s resources can help you make the transition to these new standards.TRANSCRIPT
