The 2011 PKI Student Capstone Conference kicked off with a continental breakfast and remarks from Dr. Mike McGinnis, Executive Director, and Ms Leah Ellis, Event Coordinator.

Dr. McGinnis presents industry judges Julie Huff, Northrop Grumman Corporation and HiranmayiSreenivas, Union Pacific Railroad appreciation mementoes at the awards banquet .

Adel Almarhoon, Littus Dsouza and Mohammed Al Saihati place 1st in the Information Systems track. They are presented awards by Julie Huff, Northrop Grumman Corporation and Dawn Pielstick, Mutual of Omaha.

Shonna Kadavy and Nicole Staroscik place 2nd in the Information Systems track. They are presented awards by judges Julie Huff, Northrop Grumman Corporation and Dawn Pielstick, Mutual of Omaha.

Shane Hanson and James Nervig place 1st in the Building & Infrastructures track. They are presented awards by judges Jeff Schomberg, Johnson Controls, Inc. and Don Wrieth, Kiewit Building Group.

Shannon Killion places 2nd in the Buildings & Infrastructures track. She is presented her award by judges Jeff Schomberg, Johnson Controls Inc. and Don Wrieth, Kiewit Building Group.

Santo Sapienza, Nick Lawyer, Taylor Whipple and John Wrobel place 1st

in the IT Engineering & Assurance Track. They are presented awards by Professor Steve Nugen, UNO and judge Doug Knight, SAIC.

Julia Warnke places 2nd in the IT Engineering & Assurance track. She is presented her award by Professor Steve Nugen, UNO and judge Doug Knight, SAIC.
