As children master these skills, their chance of becoming a good reader is greatly improved. One key skill is coordination. Some “at home” activities you can do to help build this skill are: Have your child hop on alternate feet and then both feet or run in place to music. Do stretching and bending exercises with your child. Bounce a ball to your child and have them bounce it back. Have your child walk or jump forward, backward, and sideways. Thanksgiving Feasts Monday & Tuesday November 20th &21st Check your child’s classroom for special information. Reading Skills
