At the end of this seminar, participants (intermediate social workers) will have a better understanding of cultural diversity dilemmas they encounter in practice. They will be knowledgeable about guardianship, conservatorship and civil commitment procedures. Additionally, they will learn about adult protective service programs in Mississippi and also have a great understanding of the stages and treatment plans for Alzheimer’s Disease.
