Planning and Zoning Commis-sion Appointments
Commission President Sando appointed Mike Lessard, Jessica Neilson, Bruce Bowersox, and Mike Wilson to the Hillsboro Planning and Zoning Commission, requiring a quo-rum of three, and staggered terms to be set at an organizational meeting. Commissioner Reese moved to ac-cept President Sando’s appoint-ments. Commissioner Tibert second-ed. On a roll call vote, the following Commissioners voted ‘Yes’ – Kress, Reese, Sando, and Tibert. Motion carried.
Commissioner Reese moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:28 PM. Mo-tion carried.

Lee Leines gave the city mainte-nance report. All good. Water sam-ples came back all satisfactory.
Meeting minutes from December 11, 2018 were read and discussed. Carol Kraft motioned to accept the minutes, Deb Sorsen second the motion. Motion carried.
Financial information was pre-sented by the Auditor, Deb Sorsen motioned to approve the financial information, Carol Kraft second the motion. Motion carried.
Water, Sewer and Garbage State-ment of Accounts were reviewed. No accounts were past due for discon-nect at this time. Carol Kraft mo-tioned to accept the accounts, Deb Sorsen second the motion. Motion
carried. Accounts payables were pre-
