Thank you for your faithful service
to our congregation!
God’s blessing to you on your new appointment!
You will be missed!
Thank you for all of your generous words,
wishes and gifts as I leave Storm Lake UMC.
I am no longer your pastor but I will always
be your friend. And as your friend, I will
keep you in my prayers and ask that you
continue to prayer for me.
Sincerely I Christ,
Phil Webb
Unfortunately during the chaotic times of the
COVID-19, we have not been able to meet in
person and discuss in depth some of the issues
we would normally have time for.
Pastor Phil’s departure from the Storm Lake
United Methodist Church is one of those things.
We would like to offer you all the opportunity to
express your thanks to Phil. We will be collecting
any monetary gifts that you would like to
contribute. We would like to present this gift
before his official moving date of July 6th.
Anything later that that, we will forward to him.
Thank you!

Welcome Call to Worship: Leader: God, we are gathered in our homes and personal worship centers to be in Your presence. People: May we collectively experience You this day, worshiping our Creator, Savior, and Sustainer. Leader: As we worship, may we know Savior Who is using us to build the Kingdom of God. People: As we surrender to our God, may we know the One Who is in our midst, and in our Hearts, for our entire lives. Praise Band
FOREVER Give thanks to the Lord, our God and King. His love endures forever.
For He is good, He is above all things. His love endures forever. Sing praise, sing praise.
With a mighty hand and outstretched arm, His love endures forever.
For the life that’s been reborn, His love endures forever. Sing praise, sing praise. Sing praise, sing praise.
From the rising to the setting sun, His love endures forever. And by the grace of God we will carry on. His love endures forever.
Sing praise, sing praise Sing praise, sing praise
Forever God is faithful. Forever God is strong.
Forever God is with us, forever. Forever God is faithful. Forever God is strong.
Forever God is with us, forever. Forever.
THANK YOU LORD I come here before you today. And there’s just one thing that I want to say.
Thank you Lord, thank you Lord. For all you’ve given to me,. For all the blessings that I cannot see
Thank you Lord, thank you Lord.
With a grateful heart, with a song of praise With an outstretched arm, I will bless your name
Thank you Lord, I just wanna thank you Lord Thank you Lord, I just wanna thank you Lord
Thank you Lord (continued…)
Community Prayer (Unison): God of Passion and Compassion, of Love and Mercy, of Grace and Faith; As we worship this day, may we remember it is You Who builds the House. It is You Who calls us to build Your King-dom. It is You to Whom we are connected, for apart from You we can do nothing that will last. Speak to us as we worship in Jesus’ name. Remind us how we are dependent upon You. Forgive us when we neglect to rely on You. Forgive us when we fall under the weight of our own preferences and of trying to do it our own way, and tell You, “I can do it by myself.” Forgive us when we roll our eyes when we see You in things and people we do not understand. Forgive us such pride. Let us know You are using us to be Your Kingdom on earth. It is weighty, and we need You. Prepare and lead and uplift and hold us to You in this process of being Your Church. It is in the name of Your Son, our Sovereign Savior, Jesus Christ we pray. Amen

LORD, I LIFT YOUR NAME ON HIGH Lord I lift Your name on high
Lord I love to sing Your praises I’m so glad You’re in my life
I’m so glad You came to save us
You came from heaven to earth to show the way From the earth to the cross, my debt to pay
From the cross to the grave, from the grave to the sky Lord I lift Your name on high.
Lord I lift Your name on high
Lord I love to sing Your praises I’m so glad You’re in my life
I’m so glad You came to save us
You came from heaven to earth to show the way From the earth to the cross, my debt to pay
From the cross to the grave, from the grave to the sky Lord I lift Your name on high.
[Repeat]
(continued…) For all you’ve done in my life. You took my darkness and gave me your light.
Thank you Lord, Thank you Lord. You took my sin and my shame. You took my sickness and healed all my pain.

THAT’S WHY WE PRAISE HIM He came to live, live a perfect life
He came to be, the Living Word our light He came to die, so we’d be reconciled
He came to rise, to show his pow’r and might
[Chorus] That’s why we praise him, that’s why we sing
That’s why we offer Him our everything That’s why we bow down and worship this King
‘Cause he gave His ev-ry-thing ‘Cause he gave His ev-ry-thing
He came to live, live again in us He came to be, our conquering King and friend
He came to heal, and show the lost ones His love He came to go prepare a place for us
